The place was clean, big, and attractive. The reception, dining area was very big and had a beautiful fireplace in the middle. The grounds seemed beautiful for our location, which was in the city. The staff was very pleasant, especially the lady running the morning breakfast....she needs a raise. Our room was large and comfortable.

The blanket on our bed seemed a little small. My wife kept stealing it from my side. There were weird mechanical noises heard most nights. They didn't keep us up but were a little annoying.

The breakfast was OK. I would've preferred fresh eggs in lieu of egg patties. The quietness was refreshing with the exception of the barking door next door.

Even though the area was secluded, the rate per night has room for improvement. Guests traveling with animals should be housed on the same floor unless they are handicapped. We had to endure a barking dog every time we entered and exited the room.

Proximity to crabtree mall and PNC arena. The room was spacious. The breakfast was great, but I didn't care for the coffee. The staff doing breakfast was exceptional.

The kitchen didn't have enough kitchen stuff. Need dish soap along with dishwasher soap. 1 of the beds was not comfortable. The carpet is worn needs to be replaced with vinyl flooring it will keep mold and bugs down to minimum. I saw and killed a couple of bugs, but it is hard to keep under control with all the people coming and going. The pool was dirty and had bugs in it. The water was extremely cold. The lawn furniture was ripped and the mosquitoes were awful. They only had 3 outside towels for any one to use. Need to use a different brand of coffee and get different creamers in stock.

I liked the location to pretty much anywhere within Raleigh. It was also a well kept hotel. It was clean & modern.

My only "complaint" was the fold out bed. The furniture in the livingroom was too bulky to use the fold out bed, so my 2yr old slept on the couch. It wasn't really a problem because my kid will sleep anywhere, including the floor. But it would've been nice to have a proper bed with bedding. So if you NEED the fold out bed, look elsewhere.

Location was perfect, lots of options for breakfast, the outdoor pool was landscaped beautifully with mature trees for some nice shade..

The elevators might be due for some service and the hallways on the upper floors are a bit hot.

The location the ease of getting in and out the lobby with that beautiful fireplace the breakfast area the Pantry the business work area with access to the computer and Wi-Fi. It was quiet and cozy had restaurants in walking distance and was close to were my family lived. The breakfast and the hours are great. Noon check out is great as well.

Well we were there for three days and 2 nights the room was not cleaned or beds changed and made up trash wasn’t emptied coffee tea sugar was not restocked. My main concern was that the furniture was a little to big for that small room we had to move the sitting chair and the TV stand so we could pull the sleep sofa out had to push the table and chairs fro the table so you could get in the refrigerator. The inside elevator doors need to be sprayed are painted have a lot of nasty spots in them.

This great location in Raleigh allows quick access to major points of interest in the area. Parking is free and close to the building. Staff are helpful and responsive to special requests. Suites are spacious and well furnished.

I loved the hotel, staff was great and always ready to help. Although our hotels pool was not open another Hilton allowed the kids to use their pool. Which was great.

The only disappointment was the pool was not ready to be used. I booked the hotel with a pool for my kids. But in all honesty the season just began so it is understandable. In the future the hotel should send you an email to give you the heads up.

My room needed to be updated. It had a cracked light fixture in the ceiling, in the bathroom. There were stains in the tub and the air conditioner made a lot of loud noises.

Breakfast was AMAZING! The food was delicious. It was a true hot breakfast. Waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cheddar biscuits, and I can go on and on. Even the coffee was good. Plus they had flavored cold coffee creamer. The hostess in the dining room was so sweet and accommodating. The location was perfect, walking distance to an upscale mall. The outdoor landscaping was beautiful. They had bbq grills on the back deck which made the deck feel very comfortable and plush. The rooms were well equipped with dishes pots, and utensils. Overall, my stay was fantastic.

Staff was exceptional!

Building was older than expected, updates are needed. Toilet would run if handle wasn’t flushed a certain way. Cracks were found all along the ceiling.
