Everything was done with a spirit of excellence. From the smell when I first walked in. To the smile I was greeted at the door, ( the young lady at the desk was exceptional great. ) I was 15 minutes early and she allowed checking. The room was phenomenal. It had everything we needed without us having to purchase extra. Even down to the paper towels. Wow. That was my first time in Wilmington and it will not be my last but whenever I come back I will be staying at the residence inn by Marriott in Wilmington excellent excellent excellent from the time we were checking into town we checked out the breakfast was superb if I can give it more than 10 Stars I will rate this hotel 100 excellent if there's a word more than excellent that is what you all are so you all will become my stay place when we come back which won't be very long thank you very much!

Pet friendly. Great location walk to shops and restaurants easy parking

We stayed 4 years ago when it was being renovated. They basically painted the kitchen cupboards. We stayed this time in a suite. It was so small. Small bed. Bathroom outdated shower in bath with shower curtain. Kitchen is antiquated old old appliances. Very dark and dreary. Our room constantly smelled of boiled potatoes.

Kids were running around and making noise on the hallway

I especially liked the way you packaged the food for the breakfast buffet . The availability of gloves . An attempt is made to offer food that in healthier along with the normal sugary and doughy items most people like. I appreciated the many signs posted informing your guests of your mask policy therefore I was surprised to see one of your guests get in the elevator with me without a mask and refusing to wear one when I told her masks are required. She said I DO NOT WEAR MASKS.

I would have appreciated a lower rate as I came here for my brother in laws memorial service and I am one person. And I've stayed here before. I stricter enforcement of mask policy

My room was very noisy. HVAC units outside on the property were loud and kept me awake most nights.

This is a nice place overall. Traveling with my pet to the beach and it was great. Good location. Nice staff. One night they even had free beer and nachos! Would definitely recommend.

Everything that you need is in the room. Clean and comfortable.
