The breakfast was great, fresh cooked pancakes as you watch it. All the rest of the breakfast was fresh and good tasting. The entire staff were friendly, professional and always had a greeting for you. I would definitely stay here again.

The Only issue, small as it might be was th juices during breakfast, I don’t know if it was an issue with the machine or if the juice manufacturer was watering down all of the different juices. All in all if this is my only complaint, you guys are doing something very good!

Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Convenient location. Lots of surrounding parking.

No space to get ready in a mirror that had a table or desk under it to use. If someone was in the bathroom you didn’t have a vanity area to get ready. If you plugged in hair items by the mirror they were on the floor. Wish there was a mirror over the desk or a small shelf near the long mirror to be used.

THE STAY WAS WONDERFUL/ THE ROOMS WERE NEAT AND CLEAN, STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND ACCOMMADATING. THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT FOR WHAT MY FAMILY WAS THERE FOR.

I don't think there is anything better that could have been done. most of our time was spent at hotel. there were lounging areas available

Everything was very clean and neat. We especially liked the floors in the room and the bedding as well as the brightness in the bathroom. The pillows were excellent!

I wasn’t particularly fond of the carpet color or the bright yellow around the bathroom mirrors, but that would not prevent me from staying there again.

Very clean wonderful staff, I love there unique welcoming ideas like the welcoming text and name on the tv.

I did not like that I didn’t have a microwave in my room which I understand for safety reasons but I didn’t feel like running down stairs to warm up my food after drinks and trying to relax after a long night.

It is brand new, so everything is sparkling. I liked the shampoo and conditioner, good quality. 3 things I need for a good rest, comfy bed, dark room and quiet. It has all of that. The bathroom is spacious and the linens are soft.

The breakfast could have been better. More options for the kiddos, like chocolate milk or muffins

Check-in was easy. Staff was very nice for check-in and check out. Location was great for our event the morning of our check out. Definitely stay here again if needed!

Nothing. It was convenient, clean, and close to Mayfaire and our event. I'd recommend it to others as a good place to stay!

The breakfast selections were limited. The area was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were quite small without a closet or microwave.

Breakfast Bar - would have liked a more diverse fresh fruit option. Although I didn't use the pancake maker, it slowed up the weekend breakfast crowd and caused congestion at the breakfast bar.

Beautifully decorated, loved the bright colors creating a peaceful fun atmosphere. The entire hotel was spotless, very clean. Staff friendly and very accommodating. Loved the hand and bath soap, lemon fragrance very nice. Breakfast fun and delicious .
