Nice hotel. Breakfast was probably one better continental breakfasts we've had at a hotel. Very nice spacious room. Very clean. The morning clerk was VERY nice and talked to my son, greeted us every time she saw us.

The evening/ night person was not very friendly. Barely talked to us to check us in. Acted like he didn't have the time to talk to us about anything. The parking lot was a mess but Bismarck has had so much snow this year, I'm not sure where they would put it.

I was unable to stay in the facilities because Booking.com booked me at a totally full hotel. They had zero rooms that I could use once I arrived.

I didn’t like that Booking.com set me up at a full hotel that I was unable to stay at. I hope that they didn’t charge me for this.

Nice, large rooms. Hot tub and pool were nice, working and open until 11. Morning front desk staff woman was super friendly. Beds were decently comfortable. Nice location off of 94 for a quick overnight rest. Nice breakfast.

There was a small brown stain on the sheets of one of the beds. Excessive amounts of chlorine in the pool and hottub, causing eye irritation even for those of us who never put our heads under water.

You could hear every little thing. I gave my towels to the housekeeper and asked for more and 2 trash bags, they said ok, I never got them. My family and I left for the day and looked to see if we got towels and trash bags, as I had called the front desk in the morning before we left and they said they would let housekeeper know, we had no towels or trash bags. I called the front desk and they were awesome and got the towels and trash bags right away

room was beautiful and comfortable.

the gentleman who checked me in was super nice to the guy in front of me. He gave him directions and told him about Wi-Fi and breakfast. when it was my turn the guy gave me three sentences- can I see your id, put your card in, and breakfast is behind you. nothing about Wi-Fi and definitely not as friendly to me as the guy who was in front of me. I was disappointed.

Beautiful, elegant, clean, well done art and photography displays. Delicious breakfast included with plenty of variety to please everyone. Great pool and hot tub. Easy wave card keys.

Fan in room a bit loud and unadjustable.

The check in staff. The pool , the large room size , the breakfast was pretty good and a fountain soda machine would of been nice.

When checking out the gentleman at front desk was extremely rude to me.

the breakfast provided so many options and stayed open later than most hotels!! they also kept things stocked up if they ran out and didn’t just close it down!!

Good but because of regional tournaments in town food very picked over.

No one checking the floors, lot of parting and some one had barking crying dogs across the hall from us while they went to party in another room!

The room was clean, it was very comfortable. It was very quiet which helped us sleep better. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
