We were greeted as we walked in by a nice gentleman Thomas who checked us in, explained everything and sent us on our way! The room was a large room & very clean. I did not feel the need to clean it before I touchedsatisfying. The bed was extremely comfy too and I like the noon checkout time!A very nice keurig in the room. Breakfast was very good too! Overall I found it to be very satisying.

Maybe have a guide for the TV. I'm not tech savvy so it took me a while to figure it out! But that's it!

Breakfast was included on Friday!

When I stopped to grab a container of yogurt on my way out the door for my event, the waiter can over and told me breakfast was not included on Saturday or Sunday, even though the price of stay was higher! So, overall, I didn't have breakfast as not worth paying for a full breakfast when only wanting a 4 Oz container of yogurt. Very disappointing

The fact that Luigi's was right in front of the hotel was an added plus for sure. Front desk was very helpful. My son and I were displaced from another hotel but were quickly and easily rebooked at the Courtyard Marriot.

My only concern was that I had booked a double queen room at another hotel and was displaced due to overbooking. When my son and I arrived we received a king bed instead of a double queen. But it was not a big deal at all.

Staff. Food, beds, workout facilities

There was a party of about 6 at the bar who were clearly on drugs. They kept going to bathroom together and coming out and handing things to each other and tripping around. This was 10pm and there was a gymnastics event with little girls running around. It was disturbing. Then the next morning we woke up and went to leave and a man was standing directly in front of the back door smoking weed. You had to walk through his smoke to get out of the door. My sons were going to a football camp and could not smell like that so we walked all the way around and got picked up. Terrible way to remember such a nice place. Not sure how you can get rid of situations like these but they really dampened a good stay.

I had requested an end of hallway room as I was traveling with my dogs. I was told by email that this was ok and they would assure me that I would have an end room. Upon check-in the front desk person was playing on her phone, after a minute I coughed to get her attention and proceeded to tell me she didn’t know I was bringing dogs and that they put me in middle of the hallway and it couldn’t be changed.

The staff was extremely nice and professional. They made the stay great! The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice. Free bottles of water and fresh coffee was provided. The staff was also flexible with us checking out later than the check out time.

It would be nice if breakfast was included in the stay

We stayed here for 2 nights to watch the eclipse. The staff was very nice, especially the employees working the bar/restaurant. The food was good & reasonably priced.

The room was a bit dated & needed a deep clean. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls in some places & the mattresses were not comfortable (could feel springs/lumpy). The pool was under construction so that was a bummer too.

Breakfast service and our server were exceptional!! Don’t recall our server’s name but she was an absolute delight!!

Unable to complete online check in. Had to go to desk to get room key. Could not log into wifi because system was not able to locate my reservation even though I was able to provide confirmation number 3512509144.

Second time here. Nice hotel. Some of the staff left a bit to be desired, but that wouldn't keep me away from another stay.

Again, a couple of the staff need retraining. But that's just my opinion. Also, if you say your dining area is open til 11pm, you should serve. I couldn't even grab a dessert for my room at 10:15. And those pillows...awful. But these same types of pillows seem to be everywhere.

My husband has vertigo really bad. When we checked In he fell in parking lot. I went inside to get a wheelchair. Lady at front desk was so nice. And Gloria in housekeeping went out of her way to help. Came out and helped get him up and walked with us to the room to help carry our stuff. We really appreciated the help. She was a wonderful lady. Tina English
