Beautiful room, only 15 minutes from venue.

With the room having a small kitchen we were under the impression there would be silverware, unfortunately not. Kraft was consumed with a wooden stick. Also wish breakfast was continental considering the $300+ price for our one night. Breakfast per person was $16, not including tax. Also on the wall by the bathroom outlet there was a small hole.

My stay was great the pool was great, my only problems had to do with the bed being uncomfortable as well as the pillows and the heated pool had so much chlorine I had to flush my eyes and multiple times the price was fair the 2 pool options was great as well as the sauna and steam room

Access to a bar, restaurant of the hotel. Breakfast was just right. There was maintenance work going on. There was a lot of noise in the lobby. The staff kindly gave me access to a meeting room to work in silence.

Outside of wake-up and bedtime hours, the water wasn't hot enough for a pleasant shower.

Beaus Grille rearaurant which is attached food is amazing service was great and reasonably priced. Outside areas and terrace was well kept beautiful landscaping. The buffet breakfast was very upscale and free with our suite ..The room was very nice a little dated but clean and spacious..Pools were open and towels provided..Loved the fact that they had a bar abd lounge open til 1030pm

No housekeeping for 3 nights ..U know.. covid times ..short staffed but still did an overall good job providing what we needed..Pools were nice both indoor and outdoor but at least the indoor should have been heated..And the weather was gorgeous and they should have lit the outside fire pit which they didn't for all 3 nights ..last the shower was huge with a bench but the shower pressure wasn't good .But u were still able to get a shower but it could be like a spa like experience if they upgraded their shower heads

Room had afew things that were broken. Shelf above the toilet had a broken piece of wood just missing a small tack nail. Simple fix right? But not fixed. Also sorry 17 dollars for breakfast when you are paying $250 a night is absolutely ridiculous

The location was close-ish to the Blossom Music Center and about 15-20 minutes to several breweries. The pool was nice. I really liked the landscaping. Check-in and out were easy, and customer service was great. Our room was nice and quiet.

The hotel itself needs updated. For the price I expected recently updated/remodeled.

Everything!!!! One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Close to restaurants and shopping. Wasn't hard to find. The room was wonderful. Enjoyed the spacious shower. The breakfast was worth the cost. Staff was helpful. Loved the luggage ramp at the back entrance.

During my visit they we repaving the parking lot, so sometimes it made parking a pain. And I think the outside lighting could be better, especially at night.

Location is perfect for my sales travel . Would like to use exclusive. Signed up for rewards , expenses not covered by my employer. Out of pocket

Need to work on honors program to receive better pricing to stay more often

I loved everything about this property and had stayed here numerous times since the 1980s.

People partied around the pool until 2 AM. It was loud and hard to stay asleep without much noise. I called down to the desk once and it was quiet for a little bit but then they would start right back up. I understand that people want to have a good time and it was probably a wedding but I had to get up early for my father's funeral and I was exhausted.

For the price we paid I expected to not pay for breakfast. Our room had no soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste. Ive stayed at more budget friendly hotels that provided much more.
