The property has been renovated. I've been staying here for years, so changes were noticed and appreciated. Rooms accommodated business travel better. Updated decor. And they still have a refrigerator and a microwave, which isn't easy to find these days

My only complaint was that it took 10 - 15 minutes before the water in the shower would warm up. I have been coming to this hotel for years. I had never experienced that. I don't take cold showers, so I wasn't happy about that. As they continue improving, that must be addressed.

Area was nice and safe. Hotel staff were extra polite. Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Nice touch on welcome package of bottled water and chocolate chip cookies. Staff helping with breakfast baked some cinnamon pastry and came to each table to ask if we wanted one while it was hot and fresh. Excellent and enjoyable experience. Left white jacket on bed and night supervisor Edward Robinson mailed it to me. Just another way hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate customer.

The location has a good access from highway and provides a convenient parking space. There’s a mall nearby with stores and restaurants. The area looks well. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable. They serve a nice breakfast. Nothing special but exactly what you may expect from a nice hotel. We enjoyed it. Coffee, tea, and a water station are available in the lobby. The reception staff were super nice and shared some advice about the area.

Loved the location. Close to Cleveland but far enough outside of the big city. Located right next to a nice outdoor mall. Bed comfort was amazing! Staff were super friendly.

Construction on the floor above us. Started extremely early and went late into the evening. Could hardly hear the TV or the thoughts in my head.with the constant scraping, banging, and drilling. Pool listed as heated, but was similar to an ice bath. Made me a little disappointed as that is the main reason I picked this hotel.

I rated the value low because we came to Cleveland for the eclipse and the price was jacked up to over four hundred a night. Nice breakfast. Liked that you had hard boiled eggs and waffles, and even FRESH fruit!

Hot tub was too hot. Other people thought so too. (Heated pool was lovely but could have been warmer - just my opinion) Picked place because you had both and breakfast went to 10 (instead of 9:30.)

Great Location for my activities while there.

Construction work left parking & hotel entrance difficult with no dedicated lobby and sometimes only 1 working elevator. The breakfast room was in desperate need of an upgrade. I assume that the dining/Breakfast room will be included in the hotel’s overall renovation work.

The rooms were recently remodeled.

I ran the water for over 3 minutes until it got hot. The water pressure was horrible! The signage for the ice machine was inaccurate. We gave up trying to find it.

The check was a breeze! I messed up the date and unfortunately was charged for the one night I didn't stay but its ok. It was my fault. I called and got booked for the very next day. They was super friendly and easy. Pool and hot tub was awesome. Room was comfortable and awesome. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. we definitely will be coming back to this hotel. And it was quiet considering how many ppl were there.

Breakfast was a strong point at this hotel with tasty bagels and fresh fruits. Hot coffee of decent quality is always available in the lobby. Most staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Very nice TV in our room.

Rooms need an update: windows are hard to see through and bathroom equipment is a bit dated and could have been cleaner. Worst part were the elevators which worked very slowly and only 2 were available for the whole hotel.

The Sunday morning hotel kitchen staff was not able to keep up with customer demand. Example, No coffee was available the three times I went to get coffee. We had to wait for coffee to be brewed each time. Front desk personnel advised us this happens every Sunday morning. So with this information it appears this is a known staffing or kitchen equipment issue that may need to be addressed more adequately. We stayed three nights this was the only morning with a staffing or equipment issue. Equipment issue, ie each time coffee ran out they had to remove the coffee dispenser to the kitchen, presumably to brew more coffee. If they had two coffee dispensers they could simply swap the empty one for a full one. I am sure this be resolved correctly.
