Room was large and very clean. Lot's of rowdy kids in the pool on Friday night so it was hard for my 7 and 10 year old grandkids to enjoy the pool as much. They had it all to themselves on Saturday morning so it was very enjoyable. Breakfast was mediocre at best. They could have done better with the taste of the food.

One of the breakfast employees came up behind me and slammed the cover down on top of the hot food and said it needs to stay closed to keep it hot. My friend was right behind me and she slammed it in front of her. Not professional at all. Maybe she needs some hospitality course refresher.

It is a lovely hotel. Salt water pool, a wonderful breakfast. Very clean. Nice kitchenette. Well landscaped. Nice outside area with fire pits.

Many of properties balconies, except courtyard views, do not have a pleasing view-although view is advertised for the room. You look at parking lots, other hotels, and the roofs of buildings. Wish we were facing the other way. No way to plug anything in next to bed-no outlets, not even behind bed. Some by tv, one on wall to left of bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Light on balcony was hard to block out.

I think the overall value was very enticing. Place was very clean. We were so impressed when we saw a worker outside cleaning every fence spindle and all the chairs! Workers were very professional and friendly. Complimentary breakfast exceeded out expectations and staff worked hard and were also very friendly.

Our only complaint would be the shower. Wish the door was on the far end away from the nozzle so you didn't have to get in under the water. Strange set up there.

The property was extremely nice. Room was clean and up to date. The property offered lots of options for outside gatherings

The facility did not offer decaf coffee for breakfast. We were told this was a decision by management. The management needs to realize that people have medical conditions that prevent the consumption of caffeine and offering a pouch that can be steeped in hot water is not a good substitute for good brewed coffee. We were told that management felt the decaf was wasted but if they would leave it out for people to drink during the day the coffee would not be wasted.

The hotel added a large addition but did not understand the impact of this on the breakfast service….two of three mornings the lines were very long and the hot portions of the breakfast were completely gone….8 more guests were very upset and we all left and ate breakfast at a downtown restaurant……your manager could care less….disappointing…..we have been staying for a long time..sorry to say probably not again as well as the others we ate with

The rooms are very spacious with comfortable mattresses, great showers, and a relaxing upholstered chair in the room. The balcony overlooks beautiful scenery and has more chairs. There are several social gathering areas outside to enjoy. There is a nice indoor pool & hot tub. Their breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Berlin Grande is my favorite place to stay in Berlin! It’s a very easy walk to town.

Very clean, spacious room with extremely comfortable beds. Rooms and hallways were the quietest of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The courtyard out back was beautiful, and I spent some time out there every evening. The location was ideal. Definitely would stay there again.

No one emptied trash or took dirty towels even though my husband asked the front desk clerk if someone could do that.

It is a very clean hotel. The staff members are wonderful and always helpful. The lobby areas are inviting and comfortable for reading, board games or just visiting with friends.

The scrambled eggs served at breakfast are dairy free --no milk or cheese. While I understand the reasons behind this, it is very noticeable in the quality of the taste.

It was a wonderful stay!!! From the check-in to check-out, we felt welcome and appreciated!! Some places you stay treat you like you're just a number or a bad toothache. At the Berlin Grande, they made it special for every one of us! Doug is a wonderful manager, and you can tell he enjoys his job and cares about his staff as well as the travelers. Thank you for a great time!

Breakfast was delicious especially the cinnamon rolls and the lady taking care of us was extremely friendly and hard working. She met all of our needs with a smile. The room was extra-large and very clean. The fall decorations were a delightful addition.

The website says that every room has a patio or balcony. Ours had neither. Everything else made up for it though, especially the staff.
