Location Location. ( near airport with shuttle!) Gal at desk was helpful with a personal situation. Appreciated that big time!! Shuttle driver very nice and helpful.

Sort of dated. Had fireplace in dining area. Would have been nice if lit. 6 degrees out. I think I could hear people in pool area in my rm. Listen, this place really was just fine. Enjoyed watching OSU win championship in my rm before nxt am flight.

The front desk person was pleasant and helpful. The room was exactly as pictured...clean, comfortable and had all the amenities listed on the website. my only complaint was that I asked for a room right next to or across from the elevator because I am partially disabled. And i confirmed this with the front desk person who assured me that my room was just that. However when I took all my luggage up to the room, it was almost all the way down the hallway from the elevator, as far away from the lift as you could get. I was not happy about this.

I almost slipped and fell in the shower in which soap or some kind of slippery cleaning material had been left by house keeping on the shower floor. Thank God there were vertical handrails in the shower or it could have been a disaster!

The air conditioning unit in the first room that I had did not work. I did not realize this until I was in the room, unpacked, and situated. When I mentioned this to the front desk, in the early evening, they were pleasant, and accommodating. I was provided a new room, thankfully right across the hallway. The second room was clean, comfortable, and the A/C worked just fine.

Well, the airplane noise. Early Monday morning, you could hear the planes taking off every few minutes. That was annoying.

The front desk manager was accommodating by allowing us to extend our stay, even though we had booked by third party for the first two days.

Like with many hotels people smoke right outside the door and you have to walk through it to get in. There should be some restrictions there. Also, people were leaving the pool wet which made it slippery for my mom.

Good breakfast (eggs, cheese omelette, bacon, sausage gravy, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, juices, yogurt, cereal). Beautiful bathroom; CLEAN & fancy shower. Multiple pillows & lighting options.

Could hear neighbors and they were not rowdy…one young baby and one watching TV until 1:30am. A sound machine or option to keep the fan on the AC unit running would be super helpful.

The room was very clean! Staff was friendly! The breakfast was.... free lol! I would stay here again.

The air-conditioner cover fell off in the middle of the night and scared us half to death. The ac still worked just fine but the cover wouldn't stay on. Over all no complaints.

Convenient location. Planes going over were not disruptive to us. Very good breakfast. Easy access to our handicap room.

Only one mirror. Carpet needed cleaning.

Bed was comfortable. Liked the bathroom shower and having plenty of space. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very helpful when I needed any help. i snjoyed my cup of coffee and loved my hot shower. Was a very peaceful night.

The only thing I didn't like was what I found earlier in the morning after I woke up and straightening my mess. When making up my bed, the top bedsheet looked to have someone else's DNA smashed into the fabric and I didn't like what I seen. Just left things as they were and grabbed my luggage. Maybe caught the cleaning staff off guard that day.

The fact that I had to request my room towels at arrival, and again when I returned to my room after 1am. I called front desk for over 20 minutes no answer. I returned to the lobby, picked up a set of towels after waiting for them to return to the desk. Had my towels been left in my room as promised after speaking with several staff in the hall before leaving. This would not been a bad experience, then I found herself going back to the lobby. That changed the game!!
