I liked that the hotel was close to the downtown Columbus area. 11 minutes tops, there was construction going on in the area, but it didn't hinder getting to and from my destinations.

Small electrical problem in room. I was offered a room change. However, I declined due to the comfortability of my room. The staff were made aware. They were very friendly and apologetic. Chanel, Asst. GM and her staffing team are to be commended for their genuine efforts to make adjustments to satisfy my needs. Thank You Very Much. Holiday Inn Express. 😊

Staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly

My husband is handicap and uses a walker and or cane . They put us on the 4 floor and the power went out . My husband had to walk up 4 flights of stairs 2 times very inconvenient. The power was out about 4 hours

The breakfast was fantastic every day I was there. The staff was exceptional from the person at the desk to the security guys. I would like to mention a couple of staff members that made my trip up to columbus to be with my husband that is dying, he was at Ohio State University Medical Center. They are Chanel, Josezzta, Giavonna, Shawanda, Debbie and Priscilla. Also the security staff that made me feel safe at 3am when I was in my car smoking a cigarette. Everything was great.

I loved my room it was very nice somewhat clean .

I did not enjoy seeing people hanging out outside the hotel who we're also staying there also my lines were dirty also the gym was dirty it was soda cans and chip bag all over the place.

Very clean, room was nice size, staff very kind.

No pool, you can tell they have a pool they just have it closed (windows boarded up and a sign that says meeting in progress on the door. They need to change out their fire exit signs that show a pool, very disappointed little one. Also if staying on the 1st floor you can hear people walking around above, sounds like a heard of elephants!

The breakfast was very good,with nice selections; the housekeeping staff were very nice & did a good job of keeping things replenished; Crystal from housekeeping was very nice & also the other girls working in that area

Everything was very clean; the room was well kept & it was quiet ; the bathroom was nicely stocked with the bathroom/shower toiletries & towels; the in room Keurig had tea, which was very nice, as I Do Not drink coffee; I had stayed here back in 2016; also; Ovetall,it was a very good experience!

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast were wonderful. Hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Neighborhood was not the best. Many vagrants near and around the hotel. Although security was present, was worried about break-ins to the car.

This Holiday Inn location was absolutely perfect for our needs! We went to a concert at the Historic Crew Stadium, and it was less than a 15 minute walk from the hotel. It was so nice not to have to wait on lines to park and leave the venue. The location is not in a great part of town, but not horrible. We didn't have any issues at all. The staff was amazing! Every employee we came in contact with was friendly, and spoke with us, and laughed with us. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the mattresses and pillows, so comfortable! It was a great stay! I would visit again!
