The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Everything was clean and well put together. There is a small shop for drinks and snacks. The prices are high but I expected that. Our room had plenty of space. The beds were not super comfortable but everyone has a different idea of what comfortable is. The pool was cloudy but I'm sure they have to over chlorinate.

The beds were quite firm but to each his own. The elevator could definitely use some work though. There were times that we just took the stairs because we weren't too sure we wouldn't get stuck in it. There was something going on with a sewage thing, I think because on our second day there the hallway smelled of sewage. That's a possibility no matter where you go though.

Great breakfast, however, a microwave would be nice if you need to heat something after sitting awhile. The attendant was very nice and even helped explain where the sausage came from since my wife liked it so well. We really liked the auto pancake machine!

The beds were not as comfortable as we expected and could use pillow tops. Also, when we checked out there was only one luggage cart and we had multiple bags, etc. and had to make 2 trips to our car. We found out someone kept the only cart in their room and don't understand why they would do that as they were not the only guest. Both my wife and I have disabilities and that is a common courtesy to bring a cart back to the lobby when finished.

Relatively quiet and safe location. Close to restaurants and shops

It looks like a lot of options for breakfast, but there was very little for my mom who is severely gluten allergic. She had one of the “omelettes” but it was premade, packaged with fake cheese and she couldn’t eat it. She can’t bite into an apple so she settled for a banana. The desk staff was disinterested, no name tag. I tried to start conversation but he was not engaging

I like the complimentary soap and lotion.theyre what I use at home .the breakfast was really nice.that pancake maker thing was groovy. The customer service was great. The spa and pool were nicely sized. Check in and check out was easy . The location was surrounded by plenty of dining options.

I felt the room could have been cleaner. The shower floor had a dark hint to it .why didn't the bathroom have an exhaust fan? There was a piece of chip on the floor at the head of the bed. The microwave is not in a good spot .too high up and too close to the room door. Also out of sight from the room so when cooking it was easy to forget about. The air unit did not blow that great, it sucked. The pool had chunks of the tile falling apart and resting in the bottom of the pool floor .also the pool was warm and cloudy.not very much chlorine the parking space was very small.

Very clean! Bed comfy. Many breakfast choices. A nice place.

No sidewalks to walk to restaurants along busy street outside. Challenges with staff at hotel to find my reservation through booking.com even after I sent my email confirmation to them. They would schedule my Uber until they found it. I paid for a king bed room but none available.

The pool and spa needed cleaning (nasty) ...our things we look for is indoor pool and breakfast included. We love swimming and was not happy with the amenities. Gym was decent.

when we left for the day for our activities we planned on coming back to a clean restocked room and unfortunately we had to request for someone to come pull trash and bring extra towels due to it wasnt pulled and not enough towels for each guest booked in room we had 7 ppl and only 3 towels

Location was close to my daughter’s house, our destination. The breakfast was very good. Many choices. Personnel taking care of the breakfast were always checking to see if anything needed replenished. Also keeping the area clean. Rooms were very updated and beds/pillows were very comfortable.

No tissues in the holder in the bathroom. That’s all I can think of!

Zyda M at the front was amazing! When you last minute travel and have a time change the greeting and customer service from the front desk means alot. My room was ready upon arrival and I was able to check in! I asked for late check out and it was granted. I was able to nap before traveling with “no” interruption! Room was nice and the staff was friendly.

I checked in and went to our room. When we got to the room we could not get in but could hear someone inside.. We thought maybe someone was cleaning the room. When I went back to the lobby I asked when we could get in. I was then told someone was already staying in the room. We were promptly given a room but this was very embarrassing. The lady at the front desk said she didn't know someone was already in the room when we checked in. How could that happen?
