The Location, around TONS of restaurant's and easy access to public transit. A better cheaper option than most in the Columbus area.If you don't mind travelling 5 miles to the city center and back, this is the BEST option imho. It seems everyone else is charging way too much, the property has mixed to BAD reviews or the area is undesirable.

Some of the maintenance could be better,I had to flush the toilet twice and the HVAC system makes noise while in operation. The cable TV channels could also be a bit more reliable but I don't care about that because I watch youtube on my phone. Just something to think about.

It had a microwave and a fridge. It was very clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The bed was large and the wall outlets were a plus..

The amount of lighting from the outside of the hotel. Made it hard to sleep a little but it was to be expected. The freezer in the fridge was practically frozen over. I could barely get my items in it.

They could not run my credit card. Called my bank TWICE said it wasnt on my end.. thier machine at the front desk was declining it

The room is clean and check-in is very easy. The workers there are also very kind. They welcome guests and would help accommodate guests as much as they can.

During my stay, the swimming pool was not available. I believe if they fix the swimming pool as soon as possible, it will be a better experience for guests.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room. I didnt realize when I booked it that I would have a suite. The location is great, and it was clean

The cleaning staff should check pull the cushions off the couches and chairs when cleaning

I appreciated the great service I received from Shawn from when I checked in to when I checked out. A very nice young man. Everything in room was good. Comfortable room and good location. There was a microwave and small refrigerator in room.

Moe at the first desk was so sweet! Very pkeasent to deal with and always had a smile!! It is at a great location, with several options to choose around to eat!! And was PERFECT for GAME day!!

1st room a/c didn't work and wasn't very clean. Moved us on the second day and that room was better. Clean and comfortable with a great a/c

Great location, and very friendly staff. The room was nice and clean. The price was great and with it being very close to Riverside hospital, it was perfect. The hotel has outdoor corridors, which I like for easy load-in, load-out. Close to food, and shopping. If you are just looking for a clean place to lay your head, close to Riverside Hospital and OSU, this is the place. Just Basic and that’s all I need. I would stay there again even if I did not have a family member in the hospital.

This was my first stay and everything was fine.

Location was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean, and other motel guests seemed very quiet. Good place to stay for an Ohio State Football game.
