Convenient location if you'll attend an event in that area. I like the free coffee in the room and the vending machine to get water.

The room was certainly spacious but also kind of dated, especially those leather sofas. Curtains in my room didn't really cover windows entirely so I always had sunlights very early in the morning. I would have preferred if they told me at the check-in that cleaning was only upon request.

Love the location, staff are very nice. No more free breakfast, place is a little run down from previous visits and the rooms are large, but sparse and feel cold. Still a great deal and you really can't beat the location.

Rooms are sparse. Colors are really bland. Nothing warm and fuzzy about them. It's got a stay as long as you need to feel. A couple of days and then get out.

Great value for price. You get what you would expect. The room was clean. Bathtub showed a little wear, but that was it. Bedding was good, with no random burns or stains and was pretty comfortable. AC worked great in July heat. TV was whatever but I never use those anyways, as I always have my own electronic devices. No breakfast but that is mentioned.

Parking could be better. It's across the street, which fine but there's no dedicated crossing, and the median has a fence around it. So you either need to go up to the light or walk down a little ways and jay walk.

I liked how close it was to the convention center so I didn't have to drive somewhere else and pay to park at the center.

The fact that we found bugs in our beds and the rolling racks for luggage were completely missing when we were trying to move out. And breakfast on Saturday didn't last as long as we expected because when we came down by 10:00 there was no food anymore. And on Sunday there was no breakfast at all because I was going to feed my daughter before we went to the dance competition and there was nothing to give her.

My husband and I had a suite, we stay in Columbus multiple times a year for softball tournaments. It was last minute stay and we got a good deal. The plus was they didn’t charge us extra for having our puppy. And we had a large spacious room!

We couldn’t watch tv unless we wanted to pay to watch movies which I found odd. They had cable but none of the channels worked…

Convenient to downtown Columbus

Most parking spaces are across a busy street. A little hard to get to because of the one way streets , if you miss the turn. No tissues in the room but to be fair I didn’t ask for any either. Ice machine was not working and the vending machine wasn’t very well stocked.

The location was good. While parking was not connected, it was comfortable.

There was great unused space in the room with uncomfortable chairs. If there had been a table and a rug in the room (in the large empty space by the window), the chairs would have been perfect. This second space could have been a comfortable eating and working space. I don’t know why, now that covid is over that a breakfast is not offered.. I visited friends at the neighboring Drury Inn, and they had a full breakfast included for less of the cost of the room I had. Seems like ‘covid’ is being used unnecessarily as a reason not to provide more services.

Very surprised this red roof inn was very clean and actually nice. Overall great value especially since it was only an 8 minute walk to nationwide arena and we didn’t need to call an Uber we could just walk. Most definitely will stay here again for our next hockey game!

Didn’t mind the walk across the busy road for parking especially if you have kids. Most vending machines were broken and I wish they had a pool, workout room, or something to entertain us when there was nothing else to do

The hotel is right across the street from the convention center, which was where my friend and I went each day, so it was incredibly convenient. there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Water pressure in the shower was awful and it made a terrible squealing sound the entire time. The toilet paper was the thinnest toilet paper I've ever used. Terrible.

The parking to place was different to get to place and getting woke to fire alarm had to go to staircase walk down 6 floors to outside while other people was outside from their rooms no instructions or info from staff what was going on and had to wait outside with others while Columbus fire department came to check situation out if it was a true fire their was people still in their rooms .
