I really enjoy the “old” bank turn into a modern hotel, although the lighting is bit dark at the elevators area, I thought I was in the movie setting at the elevators door. 😆 The stuff is very exceptional friendly! Specially the front door service associate name Chuck! He is extremely helpful and friendly!

I think when clean the room the same time will be nice go ahead replace the kitchen towels and clean the kitchen area too, It was left not clean at all. The lighting at the elevators area really is way too dark, I almost tripped on the edge of the carpet.

The breakfast was adequate although not luxury, but mot more than enough options. the cleaning staff, especially Veronica was so helpful when I asked for firmer pillows. The front desk staff - James ,John Tamera were exceptional in their care and courtesy. Very polite , happy and welcoming.

There should have been more toilriies in the room and pots and pans

Staff always smiling and friendly! Good breakfast spread and all day water/coffee bar. I believe it is the only Columbus downtown hitel with a full kitchen. The rate I booked at was exactly what they said, unlike a few others I have stayed at in the last 6 months. Definitely the hotel I prefer to stay at when visiting Columbus and the location is right.in the mix of things making so much accessible with a short, safe walk.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered an array of choices. The hotel is centrally located and close to many fabulous places. The room was nice and spacious. Highly recommend staying there.

We got the two bedroom two bath suite. So much room and beds/pull-out were very comfortable. The hotel staff was pleasant and the valet helped with our bags. Breakfast was perfect. Especially after a Bachelorette night on the town. Everything was literally within walking distance. Food, drinks, dancing.

Spacious two bedroom apartment worked well for my family. We loved the beautiful bar in the lobby!

The area was quiet during the day but not too far from the arena.

Beautiful building, staff was great and the breakfast was very good. The bar is beautiful and the drinks were great.

The only thing is we wish food (appetizers)was served after 11:00 on the Saturday night.

Clean room staff was very nice and professional. I will be staying there again as my first choice. 10/10

Close to our venue Kitchen was a nice touch. Shower was good. Front desk personnel were beyond professional. Valet staff were super. Great place to stay

Nostalgic hotel setting. Excellent location to downtown amenities.

Loved the converted bank building. Really nice room with a kitchen. Excellent value.
