I was not expecting much when I booked. However, to my surprise, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was off the highway and close to downtown Cleveland. The staff was great, the room was very clean, and the full buffet breakfast (not continental) was in the dining room. My grandson and I were traveling through and have stayed at hotels throughout our journey and this one was by far the best.

The in-room coffee pot looks like it has not been cleaned (descaled) in a long time.

The room was clean and cozy. AC was set up to a comfortable temperature, which is a big deal. Unfortunately, I usually walk in to either a muggy room or a super cold one. My children and I had a great weekend here. We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival. And we had no issues during our stay. We’ll certainly be back there when we’re in the area.

Loud room neighbors. :) But it’s not the hotel’s fault per se.

The pool was nice. The bed sizes and comfort was good. The breakfast was ok.. The price for the breakfast was a lot for the "just ok" quality of food.

The pull out couch that my girls slept in was way too close to the AC and they froze all night. And the food for breakfast was not worth the price.

Breakfast and Location were excellent

We arrived before the 3:00 pm checking and were not allowed to use the swimming pool because we didn’t have a room key yet! We were traveling with our school age grandkids and they were very disappointed. As a result they could only use the pool for 45 minutes before getting changed for dinner. Likewise after we checkout we were not permitted fo use the pool. During our stay there were no other guests using the pool.

easy to find, easy access to freeway, national park, shopping, food nearby, ample parking, comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice looking room.

The temperature/heat in the room would go no higher than 73 degrees. It was too cool in the room to really relax in comfortable clothes, unless they were sweats with slippers. Also no exhaust fan ran in the bathroom during a shower. Lots of humidity. Needed more traction in the tub. couch sagged in the middle, always sitting on a slope.

Used the pool and it was nice! Fun to swim while watching the snow outside!!! Beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and blankets/linens. Quiet and felt safe and welcome!

No problems, we rented a room with a king bed and pull out couch and when we got there, there was no couch!!! The front desk fixed that immediately and moved us to a two bed room!!! They were quick and accommodating!

The location was convenient to both family and to the location of the event we traveled for. I appreciated the USB chargers in the bedside alarm clock as well as the side display.

My wife and I both use CPAP machines. We would have preferred more electrical outlets accessible to the bed for our electrical needs. It also appeared the the rod for the shower curtain was loose, causing the curtain to fall away from the sides of the enclosure.

Clean. All I could ask for!! Staff was great. The night club was fun and the weight room was well equipped.

I can't think of a thing! Well, a problem beyond their control caused a temporary loss of hot water but it was quickly repaired

Location, room size, had a pool (heater must not been on, a bit frigid), restaurant, bar, DJ and dance floor. I did notice too a wedding and class reunion were setup at the convention part of hotel.

No microwave. Had a fridge and a Keurig. Had brought food from restaurant and dessert. Noticed no microwave. Breakfast buffet (standard options) not complimentary. Denny's and Bob Evans across the street.

The entire hotel, staff, rooms, area, dining in for breakfast was top notch and just excellent. Our room was beautiful, bed was comfortable and room area was quiet..

Only issue , not a real issue was that the air was on non stop and blasted the room
