The check in clerk Cameron was awesome, funny, and made us feel welcome. The bed and pillows were amazing. The balcony served it's purpose. Along the river right at your back door, we fed the ducks and the fish helped themselves as well. Unique and quiet. Really nice atmosphere for us and our Saint Bernard. Excellent location. The room furniture is modern. And equipped with all our needs; refrigerator, microwave, coffee, nice size t.v. , hair dryer ect. Breakfast was a plus before hitting the road.

The bathroom walls could use a good cleaning. The toilet was tiny and ancient. I could hear the other guests going pee in their toilet and all the toilets around our room flushing. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Loved the location. I came to watch my granddaughter race at Hayward and it was perfect. The breakfast was pretty decent also. Maybe more seating or trays to take back to the room.

I couldn’t use the credit card I booked the room with. It was confusing. I used my debit, but always like to get my points on a credit card for larger purchases. I also used a AAA discount which the desk person said applied, but was told later those aren’t used for booking online. Overall minor inconveniences.

In the breakfast area the eggs had bacon or ham but they were labor just eggs. I asked and was provided the information but it would be better if they were labeled so someone who doesn't eat ham or bacon doesn't take them by mistake. Other vegetarian items as well over being cross-contaminated by people while serving themselves. It would be great if non meat items kept in a way that they don't get cross-contaminated with other things

Loved my stay. Rooms were comfortable and I really enjoyed being able to bring my 2 fur babies. Really loved that the pool has some depth and got to swim a bit. Helped to relax, soothe muscles, and get some cardio.

It was difficult to find the gym. Id recommend putting a sign up on the door to the pool that says "fitness center inside on left".

I was expecting a queen room with two beds. When I received a room with only one bed, they were quickly able to upgrade me (for a slightly higher price.) The motel was older than I was expecting, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of variety at breakfast - eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, and more. We enjoyed it. It was a pleasant surprise that the pool was heated. It was great that it was open until midnight! The computer in the front office was helpful for some work I needed to do. It was the best location ever for what we needed - right next to UO.

A lower price would have been better. It still seems like a lot to pay for a one night stay. I wish the pool would have been open earlier, like the work out room. It would have been helpful if the front desk clerk had told me where the pool was, and what the hours were for breakfast and the pool. But it wasn't a big deal. We figured it out.

while it doesn't look like much from the outside, our room was very, very clean, beds were comfortable. I like rooms that have laminate flooring rather than carpet. The room was a bit tiny - little room to walk between beds and TV/furniture but it was just for the night. Nice we could have our small dog with us. We booked it because it was only 8 miles from the airport but it was a long 8 miles through a lot of stop lights. Would probably try to book closer to airport if we needed to stay in Eugene again for that purpose.

The bathroom had a tiny bit of a musty smell...could be the shower curtain? Looked very clean.

The room was nice smelled good. Updated beds/ bedding nice tv. Fridge and microwave in the room plus a coffee maker. They provided toiletries that were great quality. The breakfast was awesome! Alot of options for everyone with a whole dining area.

Funding a coffee filter in the coffee pot,and not having a hot tub just a pool It would have been nice to have had been in one especially with my fibro,R,A,and osteoporosis it would been nice to have sat in it cause that does help with all these

Great remodeled older motel. A perfect 1 night stop that was warm and dry on a cold, rainy winter night. Breakfast was very good.

It was hard to get to and out of with the one way roads. Our GPS took us on a tour of Eugene to get there!

You made all of it very easy. Check in, map and explanation of how to access the room, good breakfast in wonderful surroundings and easy check out. Location couldn't have been better as it was next to U of O...reason for our trip.
