Check in went smoothly. Parking was easy. Room was good sized, beds comfortable. It was a hot day, and AC was already on, so room was comfortable when we entered. Although an older building, the bedside table and desk had extra outlets including USB ports for all the electronics we use these days. Shower had sufficient water pressure, and the supplied toiletries smelled wonderfully of blood orange. And the room rate included a great breakfast in the adjoining restaurant!

The sink was in the room, not in the bathroom. if all sleepers do not get up at the same time, then first shower has to keep the main room dark and quiet for the other. A night light in the room with the toilet would be helpful for us older travelers who get up at night. A private grumble, my 4 wheel suitcase could not roll easily on the long carpeted hallways, so had to pull on 2 wheels with the weight on my arm.

Wow, I did not expect what I got when I booked the room. It was really convenient to get to from the freeway, and it's next door to lots of restaurants, facilities, shopping, and more. The room had a kitchenette and was exceptionally clean. The front staff was polite and greeted us each time we went to our room. But the breakfast... ! It's in their restaurant with several selections included. No self-serve stuff here! Just an awesome, served breakfast. We stayed here on the way back from our trip, and I have 2 more trips through Medford coming up, and I'm definitely staying here again.

The breakfast was excellent. Fresh cooked and served in the adjoining restaurant. All very simple options but quality ingredients and prepared and served with care. It was lovely to use the pool before I left. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows weren’t those obnoxiously puffy hotel pillows that hurt my neck. The staff were friendly. Free and ample parking.

The hotel was fully booked and there was a bit of noise from the hall and adjoining rooms until everyone settled down by 10:30. Quiet at night though. My room had a (surprise!) little kitchenette but the sink wasn’t draining properly. I let them know and they said they’d look at it but I couldn’t use it.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was amazingly friendly! The food was fabulous at the restaurant. We ate there more than just breakfast. The hotel was clean and quiet. The location is perfect for getting around anywhere in Medford and the surrounding areas. The room was very large with a kitchen area, 2 beds, and then a bathroom area. We did not swim but we looked at the pool and it was a nice pool with a good hot tub. Overall, this was one of our favorite hotels that we've ever stayed at and we will definitely be back when we go to the Medford area.

This was a pleasant surprise. It is an enormous hotel with many amenities. For your free breakfast you actually get to order from a menu. This is the best complimentary breakfast I've had in a hotel anywhere near this price point by far. The staff was very friendly and nice even though they were slamming busy. The rooms were actually very quiet considering the amount of guests they had. One thing I'm not happy with booking about is that places can say pet friendly but not disclose the terms or additional fees I think this hotel was $10 I'm not sure if it was per pet or for pets in general. I felt that was reasonable and they have their pet friendly rooms down by the pool building where there's a nice green grassy area to take pets out. All in all we were very happy with this stay.

The beds were kind of mediocre. Other than that it was a great stay

The room was spacious and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was convenient and had an adequate menu selection.

The free wifi was fairly slow on the night I stayed there. The front desk informed me that they could not give me an invoice because the room was booked through a third party so I did not receive the documentation I needed for my expense report. I have not encountered this at any other property that I have booked through booking.com.

The room was nice, the staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was an actual breakfast and not just a snack bar of granola, small cereal boxes or instant oatmeal packets.

The showerhead made to water pressure (already under mandated restrictions) worse by either being worn out and old old needing to be cleaned from build-up that almost all showerheads get. We brought this and another minor concerns to the desk when we checked out and they were happy we pointed it out so they could fix it.

Left my iPad…. Honest employees held till I contacted and then mailed to me! Also I did not arrive till 1am from an overdue plane. I asked about checkout and normal was 11. Because I had such a horrific flight on Alaska Airlines she told me that she would give me an extra hour. Will definitely stay there again. I also told all my friends about the awesome treatment I received that they will stay there also. THANK YOU ROGUE REGENCY FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

The Inn is nicely located near the airport, yet it is very quiet. I had a dog, and the entire lower floor is okay for dogs. No worries about occasional barking, or walking the pet at odd hours. Guests without pets are on different floors. The staff is very helpful, and kind. There is a connected restaurant/pub which also does room service. That was really helpful, so I didn’t have to worry about getting a meal and dealing with dog.

It is an older property, maybe 40 years, so it could use a renovation of old carpet, and improving wiring. Had problems with TV connectivity, and computers.

The location was the best - close to Airport and everything. The staff was great, super helpful. The hotel is older but very clean and the bed was comfy .. comes with a great breakfast to start your day Best breakfast compare to other lite continental type breakfast..
