REALLY GOOD CREAMED BEEF OVER BISCUITS. THIS WAS THE ONLY PLACE THAT HAD THIS AS PART OF IT FREE BREAKFAST MENU ALONG WITH THE TRADITIONAL EGGS, SAUSAGES, BISCUITS, CEREALS, COFFEE, ETC. THIS WAS THE DEAL BREAKER FOR MYSELF AND SPOUSE. CAME AS A TOTAL SURPRISE. IT WAS WELL MADE.. ROOM WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. BED WAS COMFORTABLE. AIR/HEAT PUMP UNIT WAS NOT NOISY WHERE I COULD NOT SLEEP. I AM A LIGHT SLEEP EASILY AWAKEN BY LOUD NOISES. NO HOMELESS PERSONS HANGING AROUND EITHER NOR DRUG DEALERS. I AND WIFE FELT SAFE. AMPLE PARKING. SECURITY GUARDS PATROL PARKING AREAS. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

DID NOT FOCUS ON IM-PERFECTIONS BUT BASIC NEEDS -

THe room was roomy and the bed very comfortable. I've stayed here a couple times before as they allow pets. Although their pet fee was $15 a couple years ago and now is it $25 which I think is a bit steep.

The carpets were dirty. My dogs spent most of their time sniffing the carpets so I could tell that other dogs had apparently peed, many times, on the carpets. Therefore, the carpets had not been cleaned, at least recently. This did not happen on my other visits. One of my dogs is a former K9 Narcotics dog so if she alerts on multiple scent spots on the carpets I trust her nose. I know carpets can't be cleaned after each pet visit, but I have to wonder what my $25 pet fee is going for if not to deep clean the room after pets have visited. I greatly prefer rooms without carpeting for this reason. Carpets are just nasty IMO. Hard flooring is more sanitary and much easier to keep clean.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is perfect being close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. Last year I had to spend a month there while a family member was being treated at the Rogue Valley Medical Center. I felt safe being there alone and the staff helped me know the area.

Plenty of parking for my truck and trailer. Rooms were cleaning and breakfast was good. A little bit of change in breakfast options would be great but for the price it is still an amazing choice.

The place is close to the highway so that was convenient when we left the next day. The facility was very clean, trash cans available everywhere. The room was clean, towels folded all cute, temperature was great inside the room. Bathroom clean, bed very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast included, delicious food. We traveled with our dog so it was very convenient that they are also pet friendly. Quiet area. Recommend. Great stay!

That sundries were not sold at front desk. There was a vending machine available at the hotel however it ran out of water. Just a bit upsetting since it was very hot outside. We ended up going to a gas station in town to get some water. But not a big issue to complain about. Just wish the vending machine had water because it was close to the room.

Our stay was comfortable. The room was clean, the fridge was turned on and cold when we got in. Also the air conditioner The bed was also comfortable. We stayed one night and would stay again. The breakfast was ok nothing special

The whole experience was good

I liked the breakfast in the morning. It helped get me started with my day. The room was spacious and clean. This was the 2nd time I have stayed at the location while visiting Medford. I will stay there again.

free breakfast, quiet guests, and lots of parking, and location was good. Black Bear Diner is right across the parking lot which was nice.

no elevator, sink drain was clogged, pet area was small and just rosebushes, bed was hard and pillows were flat.(used 2 pillows)

Unfortunately, our room door wasn’t closing from the outside. Breakfast was served in paper plates with plastic forks and spoons which doesn’t reflect the standing of the hotel.

It was clean; plenty of towels & washcloths were in the room. The check in staff was excellent. A comfortable place to stay; Black Bear Diner is right beside the hotel, for ease of meals.

The property is showing some age, but has been kept up pretty well.
