There is to many to list it was a good experiemce from start to finish n i have recommended the hotel to others co workers n family members

I was a lil surprise in the cafe section where an employee took are order n then to proceed to play with my food like it was the thing to do. After that when the young man ask what kind of spread we wanted n we express what we wanted then he proceed to say " ARE YOU SURE THERR IS NO CHANGING YOUR MIND" that was very disturbing to me an my wife at the moment. If i have not already paid we would of walk out. I wil definate stay again at your hotel but i will NOT go to the cafe no matter what.

New Year’s Eve we were me with aggression from security, having music playing on the tv , threatening to kick us out rather than sling us to turn it down , never expected this especially on the eve of the new years, they have musical blasting upstairs in there lounge which we could hear , at the same time complaining about our music on there tv , the night. Staff is incredibly rude and should avoid , not helpful what’s so ever

Nice modern rooms, and 2 blocks from the beautiful park along the Willamette River. Dog friendly, too.

Parking to check in was a nightmare - you have to double park and they rush you to get your stuff out of the car so they can park it (Valet). The Valet service was slow when asking to get the car, and I thought it was expensive. Front desk check-in staff were a bit out of it. Maybe had some weed before they started there shift, seriously. One guy just stood there like a statue, eyes forward, with his hands behind his back while the others actually did their jobs. He looked like he was standing "at ease" at a military parade. What was he supervising is the question!

Hotel was nice and we really enjoyed the rooftop bar. The coffee, tea and snacks available in the store downstairs was great as well. Location was pretty good. Able to walk or take short uber ride everywhere we wanted within the city. Corner room view and space was nice.

I wish they had another restaurant option, but I enjoyed what was there. Bathroom door design was terrible since they didn’t close all the way (sliding farm style). Especially for staying with a partner.

the property is in a great location. We were able to walk all over downtown and were very close to the waterfront. The property is modern and the rooms are nice. Beds are super comfortable. Staff is friendly.

The only complaint I had was, when I booked my room it stated breakfast included, and it was a little extra for that option and that was fine, but they only give you a 15 dollar per person credit, which would be fine, but almost everything on the menu is well over 15 dollars, so breakfast isn’t really included when you pay extra for the breakfast option and not many food options are offered in that price range

The pool and work out room were phenomenal. The facilities were amazing... The little coffee shop located inside was amazing... The rooftop bar had OUTSTANDING food and drinks... Slighty frustrating that hardly anywhere took cash.. They seemed to be one of the few motels in downtown portland that didnt have homeless sleeping on the stairs so that made me feel better!

It didnt mention that besides paid parking there was no parking unless you pay for the public parking. I wasnt aware that most of portland had gone to card only so i had reserved my room with a card planning on paying with cash and that wasnt allowed. They also failed to say that the deposit for the room was 150. They were out of towels for the pool and we ended up waiting for 42 min for new towels even though many patrons had called up multiple times... We finally gave up waiting like most the people and went upstairs soaking wet..

Beautiful interior. Rooms were cozy and modern. Roof top bar is awesome - great view, lovely drinks

The restaurant downstairs was sub-par for an establishment of that caliber. Service at the downstairs restaurant was atrocious. They provided us a roll away bed for the kids, which was very nice of them, but it was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever felt. My 9 year could not get comfortable. Pay for parking is a lot of money.

Location is everything, this is so centrally located, the Empire State building is right there, great access by subway, shopping on 5th Ave and going to museums. Staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and really engaging with our five year old son. Our son has been telling everyone he stayed in a hotel RIGHT next to the Empire State building. Our room was on the top floor, so it was quiet, great views, highly recommend this entire experience.

Grateful that the event on the evening before I left town, wrapped up at 9pm (my flight was at 7am).

Guests leave their water bottles and pizza boxes around the foyer. We pointed out one that had been left for over six hours. The pizza box had been there since around noon when we left and was still there when we returned in the evening. We pointed it out to a staff member and it was quickly whisked away.

I love the staff when check in an the location where majority was of places were all walking distance... keep up the good job. There were a few employees i widh i could name them but name tags were to small to read their names .

The 20% you charge for the roof top lounge was not great idea... had crappy service n yet they get rewarded for their actions. That should be the Customer choice... Didnt have smart TV where if i choose not to leave my hotel room i should b able to watch netflix or other apps. Cause you dnt have them i had to leave n go to other bars to watch something different.... SMART TV MEANS MORE ROOM SVC N NO TAKE OUT
