Fantastic location! Comfortable and clean room. Beds were nice. The little balcony was cute and overlooked the river, which is quite peaceful. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was better than many hotel breakfast that I’ve had, with real eggs and pancakes and potatoes. Chobani yogurt, variety of cereals and even almond milk was available. I love the afternoon cookies and fruit flavored waters available most of the day as well as the coffee. They even offer some chowder in the evening though I’m vegetarian so did not indulge. I also love the cozy robes in the room to use during the stay, a nice touch.

Pool was a little small, the sauna instructions weren’t very clear, and the hot tub was a little rough.

The staff here is world class first rate and they are all about hospitality! Friendly and accommodating! They dont cut corners here! Ive sfayed at most of the hotels in Seaside and this is the best by far! 24 hour pool, excellent breakfast with many choices and a beautiful room to eat. If you need towels or even toothpaste or bottle water they always help out free of extra charge! This is also usually the best deal in Seaside and it is perfectly located near everything!

Pool, hot tub, sauna, and their hours! Our room was nicely sized and I love that we had a small patio. The staff was great and welcoming and the complimentary Salmon chowder was a nice touch! Will definitely be coming back. The location is also fantastic! There was a lot going on out side when we got up in the morning like a car show and sandfest! Was pretty awesome!

The breakfast was a cut above the usual hotel breakfast. Definitely good enough to skip going out, which we sometimes do if hotel breakfast is the usual fare. The location can't be beat unless you MUST be right on the beach.

The rooms are a bit dark, it's an older place. But no real complaints. The price difference between weekday and weekend was astonishing: almost 3x! Really? Maybe that is typical of Seaside? Still, shocking.

It's definitely one of the nicer hotels in the area. At a convenient location. I will definitely stay again, when I can afford it.

The toilet is old and worn out, very low flow flush. Also, the mini fridge suddenly got super cold one morning and froze my stuff, like the milk and berries I had in there. Also, and this is pretty standard for every hotel I've ever stayed at, but the door automatically unlocking when the handle is turned from the inside makes it stressful when traveling with toddlers. No way to keep them from walking out of the room the moment you aren't looking, like in the middle of the night when everyone else is sleeping. I wish all hotels would change that.

What a lovely group of staff members - friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great, the staff was helpful. The room was comfortable (and the sheets were especially soft!). The pool was lovely if a bit small. But since we were there mid-week, we had it to ourselves. I loved being able to sit in the hot tub or the sauna while my kids played in the pool. The location was EXCELLENT. We walked everywhere and I loved the little boardwalk along the river in the back of the hotel. It had a cozy small hotel feel with the benefits of a great staff and clean and comfortable rooms. I'd definitely stay again.

I wish the pool was bigger, but like I said, mid-week we had the small pool, hot tub, and sauna all to ourselves.

Location near the main part of town and shops. Plus Doogers next door was an great restaurant with Gluten Free option galore including fish and chips.

The roads down town are crazy! One road was two-way, then went 2 blocks one-way…..then went back to two blocks of two-way again, and just dead ends down at the beach with no turn around. Watch the road sign and pay attention because Beavus and Butthead laid this town out.

We stay here every time we come to Seaside. We love the location and the hotel and the staff are friendly. We really enjoyed the different flavors of water available in the lobby as we were coming and going throughout the day.

The hallways were kept very warm for summertime and not cooled enough with AC. Was very uncomfortable getting to and from our room. The cookies were only available for a very short time frame. We would rather have the cookies more available and couldn’t care less about the chowder.

It's an old hotel that has been updated reasonably, is nice looking inside and comfortable. The room was comfortable, the beds were nice, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent as hotel buffets go, at least there was some cooked food (scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, ...) to go with all the individually-packaged stuff. Wish there was more in the way of fruits and vegetables. Location on the river is good, pretty much everything in Seaside is within walking distance.

A few signs of age remain, such as the door to our toilet/shower that wouldn't close all the way, and the showerhead that was only ~5 feet off the ground. The AC/furnace was also noisy.

Overall it was good. The staff are really friendly and I live their complimentary cookies it was so good! However our 3 nights and 4 days stay there was okay it’s just that we were hoping they would come and clean our room every night since we stayed there for 3 nights. The pool was a little greeny and salty not sure if it was supposed to taste and look like that or it’s just not being cleaned properly. But other than that we loved our stay there coz it’s close to everywhere and pet friendly!
