This motel offers free cold bottled water, Boyd's coffee (which is so good), Quaker Oatmeal packets, tea, granola bars. It was nice that they offered some creature comforts. Most of the office attendants were helpful, very nice and would actually conversate with you. The sitting area with the koi fountain is beautiful and so relaxing. This motel is close to stores and other shopping and there is a Mandarin Restaurant on the premises. I would stay at this motel again, even though there were things that the owner should probably strive to update.

The beds were awfully hard and uncomfortable and that is one of the most important things in a room, especially when you're far away from home. The pillows were also subpar, they felt like laying on a brick after awhile. The shower curtain smelled like urine. The faucet in the sink was loose, it would move when you turned it on. There really isn't much privacy to change clothes. There is no swimming pool or hot tub.

Loved that I could bring my dogs without any issue. Just paid an extra $35 a night. The room and grounds were very clean. They have a water fountain with fish inside it. They have smoking areas for ppl who smoke. Very close to freeway entrances and lots of restaurants and places to shop. Very quiet location. Never had to worry about drug addicts or homeless bothering anyone. Perfect location for travelers to stay when they just wanna get away.!!

Nothing at this point. Only wish my dogs did not cost extra but more than willing to pay because the price is reasonable.

It was a nice, well furnished room. The air conditioner was reliable and easy to operate considering I visited during a heat wave. They have free bottled waters and additional snacks like granola bars and also coffee and tea available in the lobby. The grounds are nice to walk around with a lot of stunning trees. I liked the nice touches like putting a bench outside the lobby to wait for rideshares. There's an Albertsons grocery store within walking distance in case you need anything.

Very minor issues overall. Room is a tad dark. It's a basic tv setup with the usual cable channels. There were one or two flies in the room but nothing that was bothersome or cause for alarm.

Excellent location off freeway. Fast food and groceries close by. Staff was very friendly. Pet friendly. Great coffee in the morning at reception though “breakfast”was instant oatmeal and granola bars. Neither here nor their for us though coffee was a bonus.

Only complaint was when we wiped up some water that spilled on the floor the towel came up filthy. My expectation would have been that floors were mopped between guests. Having said that we were in pet friendly room so maybe that makes a difference?

Truly exceptional staff person when I checked in - she was incredibly nice and helpful. The coffee was pretty decent, and I liked being able to park right next to my room.

Poor signage on where to turn into the parking lot. I missed the turn when I got off the freeway, and had to spend nearly 20 minutes driving here and there, in bumper-to-bumper traffic, to make another go at turning into the correct lot. Please be aware that some of us are senior citizens and need better signage and/or better instructions when we make our reservations.

Room had everything including refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Comfortable king bed. Easy free parking. Beautiful grounds. Easy access from the highway. Receptionist very helpful. Reception area had free coffee, tea and hot cereal packets, very nice touch.

We were on the very back on the road so noisy during the day but it was no problem at night. Housekeeping forgot to leave supplies, soap and shampoo but I got it all from reception.

The room had everything I needed. Clothes iron and board were an appreciated bonus. There was always coffee available to brew with additional water bottles available from the reception area. Bathroom lighting very bright and clear. Shower worked fine. The locale has many stunning trees and there was easy walking access to a grocery store. The person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

Lighting in the main sleeping area was a bit dark and the decor was slightly old but those are minor issues for me.

It is close to stores and fast food. The property was very clean and the front desk person was super nice. It had good water pressure and was quiet. I love that they had cold water available in the office.

The entrance/exit was a little confusing. The television was kind of small. There was a plastic cover on the mattress that made the bed a little "crunchy"

The rooms are very spacious. Carpeted rooms. Liked how it had a mid size fridge and microwave. Also loved how I was able to bring my 2 small dogs and be allowed to stay in the room with us. Felt secure with all the cameras around and cus I was on a second floor.

Can't think of anything I disliked.

Very clean, I felt safe staying with my 2 kids. The staff was amazing and friendly. Being at the end next to a busy road you couldn’t hear the cars which was a giant plus! Kids love the fresh made popcorn in the lobby! Close to shopping and restaurants. I’d stay here again!

Honestly I don’t have a bad thing to say about the property.
