For the price (which was less expensive then the surrounding competition) offered a clean room, and breakfast. I was traveling with my 86 year old mom and asked for our rooms to be next door to each other, which the hotel did do!! Kat at the front desk/reception was lovely and very welcoming.

All was fine, if I had to nit pick about something, I would say that there should be someplace in the room to store an extra roll of toilet paper and a few bars of soap since the bars of soap are very small.

The proximity of the microtel to Geneva College was just right, 10 minutes. We were delighted to meet other alumni staying here, and found the facilities comfortable and welcoming as well as economical and kind to our budget! The desk persons were friendly and helpful.

Perhaps the ironing board in the closet could be held at the desk for loan? We found that it took up considerable space in the closet and had to remove it to make room for hanging out clothes. It’s a small thing, but just a suggestion.

It was a great place to stay the night on our way from DC to Lake Erie. Conveniently located close enough to the interstate. The room was clean, the breakfast was standard, and the staff was friendly and nice. As a bonus, there is an aviation museum right next to the hotel, it is free of charge and has some WWII-era planes.

There would be nothing to complain about at that price point, but seriously there was nothing to complain about at all.

As european citizan, the breakfast can be better. Only bagles and fresh to make pancakes, yoghurt. A little bit of cheese or ham and a 10/10 would be given. We will absolutely return there (but bring our own ham and cheese :-))

Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. The price was reasonable.

Breakfast needs more options. TV is small. Have to go to desk to get towels even though sign in bathroom says leave dirty ones on floor and they will give you clean ones. Stayed 4 nights and room was never cleaned.

Breakfast was fine. Only ate once out of 4 days.

The TV did not work in our room. However, was transferred to another room which was a disabled room, and the shower was not that great. Very little pressure, but room is bigger. Overall, the staff, cleanliness and beds were great. This is our second time staying in hotel and it is our go to while in Beaver Falls. Thank you.

The hotel was clean and very quiet, staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was close and convenient to where we needed to be, as well as many stores and places to eat.

There is no pool. The weight room had very minimal and the elevator was very warm inside. If I didn't have to provide " what didn't you like", I wouldn't even mention it. Everything was nice

I found the property to be just what I needed - driving to Detroit from DC, I wanted to break my journey into two days. the hotel was easy to find and a quick hop off the highway. The building was clean and surroundings were quiet. The breakfast was great - waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, bagels, yogurt, juice and coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was pleased with everything

The breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for parents bringing their children to Geneva College. It's near a great local restaurant and right next to the county airport.

Work on customer relations at the front counter.

The staff was helpful and very friendly

The only thing that was a little disappointing was the room had a little smell, can't place what it smelled like though. There also was some of the ceiling peeling off in the bathroom and the exhaust fan was not very strong.
