We especially enjoyed the water pressure and the number of surfaces available to place bags on. We had a large number of packages that needed to be kept off the floor. We also appreciated how large the bathroom vanity was, as we needed to prepare meds for our youngest daughter. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We didn't care for the mirror directly across from the toilet. It was awkward. We also didn't care for the barn door on the bathroom. It doesn't completely close, which is irritating. That is all.

The Name can be missleading but we wanted to stay in that area. Great Info from "Eric" on the reception. Thanks again Mr Eric, your info was very valuable. A very nice gentle Man. Breakfast included, Room very clean. Great starting point for all Valley Forge excursions. When visiting the Amish, eat at Katie's Kitchen, an original Amish Restaurant. Delicious.

We got an Info for visiting the Amish People from a Lady on the Reception. Drive to Lancaster, its all Amish there. That was a wrong Info. You have to drive to New Holland, there you can book a bustour, (recommended) then they show you a lot and explains a lot. By yourself you'll never get acces to the infos or else. We lost half a day on Holiday because of this wrong info. But at the end it turned ok, because after taking a small stop in Lancastet (New Holland café) the waitress told us how to do, and so we drove fast there and got the very last Bustour of the day.

First let me say that anyone that posts a bad review of this hotel is either lying or has totally unrealistic expectations. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Do expect a mattress on the firm side. The desk staff were all extremely personable. There is coffee in the lobby all day/evening....maybe even overnight. Breakfast was more extensive than I expected...they even have make your own waffles. The bathroom was awesome and the shower was to die for! I would highly recommend staying here.

This was our fault for not checking earlier/asking about. We had a pull out couch bed in our room but there were no pillows in the closet for it...there was a blanket though 🙂

Very convenient location with easy access to highways, commuter routes, public transportation, restaurants. Location was close to historic sites and we took a quick trip to Valley Forge National Park. Breakfast options were good, outdoor pool was still open and appeared clean and well-maintained.

When I arrived at the property I gave the front desk a different credit card to charge, however after I checked out , I found out they put the charge on the initial card. It was a debit card and thankfully, I had money in the account, but it could have caused a real problem for me.

I like the Cleanliness, and freshness of the hotel. I love the nice smiling faces of the staff. The rooms are nice and spacious. I like the big flat screen televisions in the rooms.

I have stayed several times in the past couple months and the hand sanitizers in the front entrance and near the buffet have been empty. Staff and everyone should be utilizing the sanitizers before going up to the buffet but it's been empty.

Frazer/Great Valley is located about 45 minutes by car from Philadelphia, but there are a number of other things in the area to see and do! Proximity to parks, shopping, and dining make this an enjoyable place to stay. Maybe 15 minutes from Valley Forge National Park, the KOP mall, and more! I enjoyed the option of selecting my room through my Hilton app even though I made the reservation through Booking. Mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave made things easy to enjoy a late dinner from a local supermarket because a lot of stuff closes at 9 PM around there.

While the room is comfortable, the hinges on the cabinet are so tight that doors would slam shut while I was trying to be quiet. I'm sure neighboring rooms could hear every time I was putting clothes away or getting something from the fridge.

The location is good for me as it’s close to sites I like to visit. The property is kept clean and lobby area is welcoming and appealing. Has one of the better breakfasts for Hampton with well presented choices that look fresh and flavorful. The beds are comfortable and bathroom updated.

I was disappointed when I arrived that my room had not been cleaned but the staff quickly moved me to a better room.

Breakfast was great! Room was comfortable. Water pressure was fantastic!

Bed was too hard for me. Could have used a plug and a shelf for phone and glasses on my side of the bed (only bedside table was in between the two beds - nothing on the outside side of the beds). Would be nice to have two chairs in the room so that both people can sit to watch TV or eat.

Super Pet Friendly. They even had signed, so the other guests knew that the room that we were in had a pet in there, it was awesome. They had several pet walk areas so that you could get your pet releaved with no problem, including bags, to pick up, which I always carry my own anyways, but it was much appreciated that they offer was there.

Room was spotless. Location was great for our event. Breakfast was good. The people that checked us out were very nice. Could tell they cared.

Didn't like that TV wouldn't work correctly...both TVs and that electrical outlet in bathroom didn't work. Turned in and never got fixed. The person who checked us in, not friendly at all. Could see was just a job for him.
