Coming in we were greeted by the receptionist. Was very quick and efficient. Everything was in order and clean. Came to the room and was in great shape. Staff was very polite we have greeted them if they were around and they greeted us back. There was always someone at the front desk to answer questions for me. The little convivence store is great because we didn't have to leave the hotel to grab snacks. Overall great place and definitely will book again when we are in Philly. This was the quietest sleep my partner and I got in a hotel since we have been going to Philly often. So kudos on that!

The ONLYYYYY thing was the lobby seemed pretty hot. Other than that, nothing whatsoever.

Love the location and pet friendly aspect and no extra charge for our dog ! Your hotel is unique for this service and we appreciate it! Staff are friendly and efficient. On our last two visits, staff was very helpful in accommodating our request for a specific room which makes our stay even better !

We stay here regularly when we visit Philly. Only one time our room was not as clean as normal but it seemed to be a fluke.

Clean room and friendly staff. Dashawna at the frontdesk was amazing. She provided us with a welcoming check in as well as a great checkout. I stayed there for the Philly marathon and she provided us with a late checkout so I can shower and get ready after the race. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. Will definitely stay at this property again next time we’re in Philly.

Bedroom blinds on one of the windows was not functioning properly and I was on the second floor. I could clearly see people in the parking lot so I felt they could also see me in my room. That made me uncomfortable but everything else was fine. Had a splitting headache. The did not have any pain relievers that could be purchased. Most facility now have sundries available.

i appreciated the games they had in the lobby for the children to play with. The location was great and parking was easy.

Because we were traveling with young children I specifically requested for all three of our rooms to be close. They couldn’t have been more far apart if we were in different hotels. My daughters room was on the second floor my sons room and my room we’re on the third floor but on complete opposite ends of the hotel. There was a small amount of trash in the bathroom trash can and one of the bath towels was flung over the towel bar as if it was used. Lastly I ordered a glass of wine at the downstairs bar and it was a very small pour in an oversized plastic cup. Blah!

The overall was wonderful

There was no microwave in the rooms only in the lobby area. Parking was had to find in the evening hours.The refrigerator didn't work and there was no hot or warm water in the shower. Other than those small matters everything else was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quite for the most part.When I address those small matters to them they took care of me in which I greatly appreciated. They were highly professional and I would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Room was a very nice size! Bed was super comfortable and acceptably clean. A small refrigerator and coffee maker were convenient. Shuttle came in handy for transportation to the airport.

I didn't get to use the pool... Tried to access it about 7 p.m and it was locked. Also there was no cooked food on the property so we had to order in our dinner 😔

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Everything clean. No issues. Was off property most of the time due to reason for being at hotel, but have no complaints.

Getting in and out of the parking lot. System was not working properly which caused people waiting in their cars to get out of or in the property.

Close to the airport if you are traveling. Room was small but served the purpose.

Almost didn't find any usb port, there is one hidden under a desk, you have to crawl on the floor to reach it.
