The front desk staff were so nice! Anything we needed it was always a yes and they were glad to help. The breakfast was decent. One day the French toast was burnt on one side , but they had a variety of items ( Pancakes, French toast,bacon, ham,sausage, muffins, cereal, fruit, donuts, bagels,toast) Had a few types of juices. It is in walking distance of Citizens Bank Park, Lincoln Financial Field and Xfinity LIVE! However, one of the streets that we had to walk down was pitch black with a fence lined with bushes so I was a little uneasy walking that at 10PM . We walked to and from the stadium the first night ,but opted for a Uber the other nights. There are Ubers everywhere after the games so there is not an issue with ever getting a ride. The walk is about 20-30 minutes. A little over a mile. I do not suggest doing this if you have any issues walking . The shuttle bus drivers were very nice . We did not have any issues getting picked up from the airport or going back. Carry cash for a tip though.

There are some updates that need to be done. It is an older building, but our room was clean and comfortable. They should have ice machines on each floor . There was only two floors that had them.

Locations was great!! Right off route 76 as we traveled from Nj made it super easy and from the lines in the front desk I was sure the airport was close by as well. The chef made us some amazing food and prices were super reasonable for a city. During these hard times I would like to say thank you to the staff for doing a incredible job! We stayed at the hotel a few years back for a game and let me tell you the renovations are out of the world!! The rooms were great (we had a nice city view as well) the stand up showers are so useful. Can’t wait to make another trip to Philadelphia!!!

I could tell this was a brand new hotel, everything was pristine and the lobby had a great cozy rustic feel that i loved. Rooms were exactly like the pictures, and most importantly bathroom was clean and in order I was traveling with small children and the staff was super accommodating and helpful, we had come back late from the city and were able to provide us food late night. Very close proximity to wells fargo center Parking was easy, however build in a few extra minutes to get your car as it gets crowded

The staff were polite, caring, and accommodating. We had an excellent dinner on our first night. We were in town for my daughter to have a major surgery to repair her wrist following a fall on ice, so it was a stressful time. The staff made us feel welcome and safe.

The only thing we could have used was a luggage cart, especially since my daughter was unable to carry anything. That said, a staff member helped us take our luggage from our vehicle into the elevator when we arrived.

Our trip was for an engagement my girlfriend didn't know about. The staff was friendly and great. They even left a gift in our room at no charge to say congratulations.

There was only one thing I didn't like and that was our room arrangement. We reserved a king and they overbooked due to a John Mayer concert so we were downgraded to a double queen room for the same price. They put us on the 15th floor tho for a decent view.

The place was immensely different than when I stayed a few years ago. It was super clean and beautifully remodeled. Most of the staff members delivered excellent customer service especially the 3 that were in the lobby the day we checked out. What an excellent upgrade of the entire hotel. There were multiple charges for my room but management quickly made sure to fix that and gave me a future discount for my troubles. Excellent location since we came from the Eagles game! We literally could have walked if we wanted to.

The bar is still closed. The parking was unsafe and we stepped in vomit outside of the front of the building. I requested a room with a view of Lincoln Financial Field and it wasn't granted. In the future hopefully they consider limiting the airport parking spots (peope not staying in the hotel) so people lodging there can safely enter and leave at will. Also the valet is a disservice to people coming after a game that want to check in and explore the city in the evening we were literally TRAPPED once we pulled into the lot.

The room was very nice with many modern design elements. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The in-room TV only had a few non-standard stations available, so you had to somehow use your own mobile device to "cast" stations to the TV. Couldn't just turn on the weather channel or news. Also, not very happy to pay an extra $10 for parking.

The rooms were perfect. The view from the window at night was beautiful. The room was clean and neat. Our television worked, and this was based on the reviews I read, that the Wifi was not great. The elevator was clean fast. The staff was exceptional, even down to the parking lot attendant. The valet parking was great and the valet personnel was very informative and we were able to find the places we wanted to eat because of their direction. We were there for our nephew's funeral and the hotel was close to everything and 15 minutes from we had to go. The area felt safe.

The hallway had an stinch. It was not very strong but strong enough that it was noticeable. There was no microwave. Everything else was wonderful.

Location was excellent only a one mile walk to stadiums. Valet parking was a plus, friendly, helpful and courteous . The staff at the front desk and bar were also friendly, helpful and courteous.

Parts of the hotel are tired, couldn’t find ice machine. The room had no directory explaining where it was. I got off on several floors, but no luck and finally went to the bar. The chef never showed up and it was a Saturday. Long wait for elevators and WiFi was worthless.

The hotel was brand new, my wife and I did not know this before booking so it was a nice surprise. The staff was accommodating to all guests as the hotel was busy. Rooms were brand new and clean. Best of all was the location to the stadiums. Will definitely stay again.
