The room and staff was very nice. We went to dinner at he sports bar and they food was excellent. There was a gentleman there that was apart of the staff that saved a child's life. No joke. The child was choking and he was able to assist and save the child.

The hidden fees for parking (each car), and breakfast was insanely expensive .

The hotel is nice and clean but needs some upgrades. I would stay here again.

It was out of date and needed some updates. Parking should be free. The pool should be working.

Only, there was a lady in the reception who treated us rudely. She was impatient and rude, to say the least. This lady is African American and approximately 45-55. I want to complain about her there.

Easy check in And out , The Bed was amazing what a great night's sleep. The cookie was a nice snack while checking in as well 😁

I was stuck in the area due to cancellations in flights. I booked with booking.com and was unaware of the deposit. I was under the impression the price I was given online was the correct amount. So I did have to move money to cover it as I was traveling and had set limits on cards. Luckily I was able to would hate to be out a room and non refundable for a hidden deposit.

Love the location and grounds were well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sheets were very clean and comfortable bed. Fresh smell in room.

Room could use a little more cleaning since there’s a bit of dust on lamps and overhead board. Door frame in room 840 where I stayed had stains on it. On arrival my pillow case was freshly pressed, however still had make up stain on it. They did a great job getting me another pillow right away.

When we arrived after a long day of driving we were hungry and looking forward to having dinner at the hotel's restaurant. But it turned out that dinner was only available in the sports bar, which was distractingly noisy and the food choices were limited. We only had one bottle of water in our room, even though the receptionist told us there would be one bottle for each of us (two). There was only one bath towel in the room and we had to request a second. The safe was locked and it took three calls and over an hour for a technician to show up and unlock the safe.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff helped me with my inquiries.

The fabric in the lobby was light and had stains. Should use dark colors or fabric to be easy to clean. No refrigerator in the room. My reservation included breakfast, fortunately I took a screenshot because they don't see that in their system. They will charge you $20 per person for the buffet. Parking is not free. No restaurant around the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and the room so clean. The staff at the front desk and in the lobby were so professional, kind, and helpful

The shuttle bus service was not as expected. Although I had designated an approximate time for pick up at he airport, the shuttle bus driver mowed through the pick up lane, even though we tried to flag him down. My husband ended up running behind the bus, arms waving, to get his to stop. The driver did not assist us in loading 2 golf bags, 2 large suitcases, and a carryon. Yes, he got a tip anyway, but poor service from a Doubletree expectation.

Nice room and friendly staff. It was 10 minutes from the airport. The room was clean but not pristine.

Very loud air conditioner in room 324. The sink was clogged and we needed to get engineering to unclog it. The keyless entry did not work and the parking lot gates were not working properly. There was a line of cars that couldn’t get out for about 10 minutes. I called the hotel from the parking gate and someone came out to fix it. Om glad I didn’t need to catch a flight when this happened.

The location is great, they stay was awesome, the staff was attentive and it was very clean!

We had breakfast, but there weren't a variety of options, and the buffet food was not hot. We ordered an omelet and then unfortunately the stove blew. They decided not to have us pay for any portion of our meal. We also had to ask for washcloths, because they only had towels in the room.
