The lobby in the hallways were a little different, but the staff were very nice. The rooms were immaculate and very clean. The value for the room was excellent. A lot of my friends stayed at the Hilton or the Doubletree I chose to Microtel. The Continental was above expectation and I thought the desk staff and all of the maids and everyone on staff, there were excellent even the driver of the shuttle. I would definitely stay there again and I was traveling alone in Philadelphia being a female, I felt safe at the hotel. I enjoyed visiting Philly. I will definitely stay there again this time with my husband, but just wanted to recommend this because some of the other hotels are outrageous and these rooms were immaculate. Everything was stocked and if you would think you were at a Doubletree without the price of the Hilton or the Doubletree, the lobby and the highway did not look like Hilton or Doubletree but once she get in the room, you don’t care .

The actual front lobby and the hallways were not like the rest of the hotel, but the staff were immaculate and the front desk. People were very nice even to people that were disrespectful and unbecoming to them. They still treated everyone kindly and I would recommend

Location, Breakfast! Royal Store right across the street! Wendy’s, and small shopping center close by.mist of the Staff, except Randy! He made me apologize to a friend that stole my belongs, and I was put out of the Hotel with my special needs 6 year old Grandson! Police was falsely called on me for Nothing! They allowed a prostitute stay in the Room that I paid for and gave the security deposit to (250) if which I’m still waiting to acquire back! I had to put the reservation in her name because I had a horrible Fire at my residence (2) weeks prior. Also staff Dakota, had sexual relations with this girl name Brie.

I paid for a room with a couch. maintenance was being fine a d no couch was in room. we were Never offered a discount or to move to another room as a replacement for the fact that we paid for a couch which is very important to us to have a leisure space as well as a work communal space. I'm very disappointed that no one ever offered for next trip to get some money off of our next room or you know future events cuz we try to come weekly

The hotel and surroundings were very clean, hallways were spotless and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was DREAMY! The place was brimming with life and beautiful people, we're lesbians and we saw another lesbian couple eating in another table, we felt welcomed! So LGBT friendly and people of all races and ethnicities, it was lovely!!

The carpet in the room has seen better days, it was as clean as they could get it I'm sure. But it does look worn.

I love everything about this hotel. I really enjoyed our stay.

I had looked at all the amenities, and it stated that you all had a Laundry room on site. I called the front desk there to find out the location and I was told it was not for the guest. That really hurt me. I hate going back home with dirty clothes. I did not like that at all. False advertisement.

room - good size and clean, bed - good, breakfast - due to my early morning flight I missed it, Best Point - they r close to the airport and provide free shuttle to Airport drop/Pickup. Good Choice if you hv an early morning flight at Philadelphia Airport.

I stayed less than 24 hours...so didn't notice much.

The person checking us in (10/21/2024)was very somber, not very welcoming, just doing his job. The check out (10/22/2024)person was just opposite, very friendly and very helpful. The shuttle driver, Ron, was exceptional.

Nice big clean room. Very comfortable beds. No smell. Sufficient number of towels. Had a microwave. Nice shuttle from the airport.

Would have liked to have a refrigerator. Ice machine on another floor. Toilet stopped up just before we left. Kitchen was closed due to negotiation of new license so no breakfast available.

The location was perfect. The staff is AMAZING, professional and courteous. I like the room size and beds were the most comfortable after traveling for hours. They had free coffee,juice ,breakfast, and vending machines. To top it off they also had menus from nearby restraints with the option of delivery.

The only thing I didn’t like was not having a pool to swim in.

Close to Airport - comfy bed

No shampoos and conditioners and lotions on the walls like most these days / kinda cheap on what was given / just a shampoo that was baby shampoo and body wash and one bar of soap 👎 get the wall dispensers camp grounds now even have them.
