Fantastic staff! Very helpful, courteous, and customer friendly! Location was very convenient.... Value was exceptional in light of the weekend that we were there (National Senior Games). Im not a big breakfast guy, so the continental bag breakfast (muffin, fruit, juice) was perfect. Also there was a nice Diner right across the parking lot. Coffee and Tee provided 24/7...... It was a perfect no frills value based hotel.... I would definitely stay there again when traveling to Pittsburgh.

The location is very close to downtown/ main attractions. Priced very well and room was very spacious, clean which includes sofa, desk and chair, mini fridge, microwave and iron. Also have a covered outdoor pool which includes towels as well. Hotel also breakfast on a grab and go system, breakfast bag includes a muffin, an apple, orange/ apple juice and a bottle water. There is also a coffee / tea area in the lobby.

Nothing really to complain about, no elevator i guess.

It had a convenient location to the city, the pool was nice. I liked the room set up.

Your guys’s website said you serve breakfast and when I woke up in the morning to look for breakfast, I was only given sacked food. While appreciated when someone usually looks for a hotel that has breakfast they mean served not bagged.

Location. We were close to everything...Homestead, North Shore, Strip District, Burgettstown. I also like that they renovated the rooms from last year...very comfy and clean.

The only thing is that we didn't have wifi in our room... as soon as you stepped out the door you did. Other than that, everything was great!

I loved how sweet the staff was and how clean it all was. My room was decorated so beautifully with very comfy bed. The staff did everything to help with our room planning and needs

Breakfast could had been bacon, cereal, bagels, and pancakes....not a bagged breakfast with 3 items

Smelled clean in room. 3 pillows. Good mattress. Grab and go during Covid times breakfast = Bearclaw danish, canned fruit- peaches in cup, water, bottle of orange juice, and coffee pot in lobby. Paid under $85. Less than 10 minutes to UPMC Montefiore and Rivers Casino. 100 steps walking to get to Eat n Park. There is an iron, board, and hairdryer. Seasonal outdoor pool.

They are modernizing and updating, which is good. There was a lot of something sticky on the floor in front of the refrigerator and the top where you open it too. It sounded like it was running but was not cold at all by morning. Adjusted it two times to make sure it was working but really did not think it was at all. The whole 1st floor to the left smelled like cigars, smoke, and suspected marijuana. There was no alarm clock or radio in the room. The one lamp that had an outlet on it to plug in a cell phone charger wouldn't work on the lamp. Had to use the one outlet in the bathroom to charge phone. Figured there would be USB ports on lamps or desk for easy charging, but none available. There was no channel guide or instructions for using the TV or remote.

Office always staffed, staff was responsive; well located for road, food.

We asked for ground-level room bc wife walks with a cane. We were down 8 steps. AC was VERY loud, no way to turn off.

The property was decent, and the room provided more than enough space. The air conditioner worked great, and the pool was clean.

The Pool closed early at 830pm before the Sun was down. The Television was small, and the shower temperature fluctuates from Ice Cold to Hot without notice.

Very easy to get to. Good size rooms.

Small, small, small beds!! It was myself, my husband, and our 26 year old son. The bed barely fit my husband who is 6'5", let alone both of us! Double rooms need bigger beds!

It was great for an overnight stay. The TV had hardly any channels on it, but we weren't in the room much, other than to sleep
