The main issue, my door did not lock upon shutting. Meaning I or anyone could get in without using my key. And toilet was crazy noisy upon flushing I believe room 207. I was on 2nd floor where I specicially requested 1st floor

The main issue, my door did not lock upon shutting. Meaning I or anyone could get in without using my key. And toilet was crazy noisy upon flushing I believe room 207. I didn't receive any points for my stay, that was not right. Upon booking they said I would get points at arrival via front desk or I would have just registered upon arrival.

The stuff is very pleasant.

How some employee give discounts out to someone but was allowed to sit in the lobby when she didn't have a room.but we had to leave after being in the lobby waiting for our ride. Very disrespectful. Then lied to that no rooms was available except the room I had which was a lie there were rooms available. That's how someone got a room. Didn't give a chance to do anything to see if we could stay

My partner and I enjoyed the friendly, hospitable, and accommodating staff! Our room and the Inn itself was comfortable temperature-wise upon entry as well as throughout our stay, and the room was tidy and clean upon entry. All accommodations were easily accessible and well explained by the staff that came with our stay! We would absolutely stay here again!

The room was very clean, the staff was very professional, some workers were staying at the hotel and vanquished all of the breakfast items, they were replaced and very quickly more workers vanquished them again!

Somebody standing there guarding the muffins to make sure the workers didn’t fill their lunch bags and quickly exit with all the goodies!

The staff was perfect in every way! We accidentally spilled a little oil lamp oil in our vehicle. The front desk clerk/Manager upon hearing of our troubles loaned us everything he could have (paper towels, room freshener etc) to elevate the oil smell. I admire anyone that goes above and beyond their job duties. Also 2 ladies gave us the best places to go to eat and where to see The Amish and their shops and they were spot on!

I didn’t find myself not liking anything.

I love how the staff is always accommodating everyone to their fullest ability. They help you with whatever you need help with. They are kind, friendly and make you laugh if you come in having a bad day. The room is a good size as well. Breakfast is good for grab and go it would be better if there was hot breakfast too but it's okay I understand why there can't be any hot breakfast yet.

Not much that I didn't like really. It doesn't have anything to do with the staff or the hotel it's mainly.got to do with other guests that I didn't like. And my bed kind of hurts my back. But that's not in the control of the staff really.

For my purpose it is centrally located and very convenient. It is a pleasure to find a clean, comfortable, well-priced hotel. I will be using this location as a "home office" when traveling in Pennsylvania/Maryland The coffee was great and available anytime!! And a free breakfast can never be overlooked!

The shower curtains need to be wider as they slide on the bar and allow water to spill onto the floor, or I'm just an "aggressive showerer" Need to have iron boards in room

Ease of check in and out , mattress extremely comfortable, great pillows

The electric outlets were all worn out and you couldn't plug your phone chargers in or my cpap , , the shower curtain was broken and barley attached to wall , and the heating unit button would adjust to just keep fan on , but

When I checked in it was a Young Ladies first day I believe and she was great. When I came in from my function that evening she seen I was struggling for I'm handicapped. She offered me to go to the 3rd floor pack My things for me and move my 1st floor and closer to everything!! I sat in the lobby until I could move and Bless her she left a note for morning shift. I believe his name was Adam and he helped me pack Up and moved me. THE cleaning crew was very polite and friendly. One of the ladies even ran and got me 2 muffins science I missed breakfast. I highly recommend your hotel.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING AND THEN SOME!!

The location was close to the event I was attending, at a great value compared to some of the other hotels in the area. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

While I was there I did have trouble connecting to the Wifi network. When telling the front desk there was another person on the same floor that had the problem. Everything else was great.
