When I arrived Clarrisa greeted me with enthusiasm and got me checked in, in a timely manner. The maintenance man Herman came up quickly to check and fix the refrigerator that wasn’t working. Breakfast was delicious more than what I expected. Very pleasant and nice atmosphere!

Breakfast was very simple but fine. The icy cold juices were my favorite.

We booked this hotel because it was pet friendly. We were advised there could be an extra fee but were shocked that the fee was $125.00 without prior notice.

Breakfast was good, cook I guess he’s called was friendly but while talking to him and another guest checked the eggs for cheese he appeared agitated. Maybe the guy has a cheese allergy or didn’t want them if they did’nt have cheese. Still don’t get upset because the guest tried to see if there was cheese in the folded egg. Maybe the guy actually touched the egg and if so I’d be upset also. We liked everything about the hotel. Upon arrival we even got bottled water and they had cookies. They could get some maintenance to clean the leaves from the parking lot and the grounds in general. Still we liked it and would stay again but since we were over 3,000 miles from home we won’t be going there again.

I like the fact that it was pet friendly, but did not like the $75 charge. I like the location I like the appearance of the hotel and it’s grounds I like the staff. Everyone was very friendly.

We didn’t like the slamming of the door across from our room by the maids quarters during the day and during the night and scared us several times during the night n woke us up

The property is in a nice location close to a variety of shopping. It sits back from the main road in a stand of old trees. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

The property is undergoing some renovation that made checkin a slight challenge. Our room did not have washcloths or a hairdryer BUT the front desk responded courteously and quickly to our request to replace them. There apparently are new TVs in the rooms and ours did not operate properly.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Close to a breakfast place, shopping center and super market. Plenty of parking spaces. Clean and well equip room - all the basics were covered. Good hot and cold breakfast options included.

The pool that was advertised was covered for winter which was fine but would have been good to know. There wasn't a safe or hairdryer in the room which again is fine but I didn't realize so I hadn't brought one.

The hotel was great but my exceptional rating is because of the staff and especially the assistant manager, Sharnice Thomas, who helped me deal with a complicated billing issue (something I had caused through having made multiple bookings and cancellations). At all times, she was highly professional, personable, and knowledgeable as she calmly worked through the issue. It eased the stress I had been feeling and made the rest of my stay and my trip overall so much more enjoyable. I am very grateful for her support and hope she is commended for her efforts.

i absolutely loved my stay when i came down here for my brothers graduation. the staff was phenomenally amazing and super kind. they helped me with everything i needed and my family and i loved that they offered breakfast earlier for families who've came down for the marine graduation. and i plan on coming back and staying here for my other two close friends who are also graduating from the marines :) the location was super close to so many restaurants. and the rooms were amazing.

Breakfast was very good - many options so surely everyone could eat very well. The women who worked in the breakfast area were very friendly, cheerful ladies. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The Hampton Inn is in a great location.

There was a mix up concerning billing. The gentleman at check-in said "I see you paid through Booking so I just need your card for the $50 deposit for incidentals. At checkout I received a bill from Hampton Inn, $40-50 higher, and after inquiring she said I was to pay at check-in for Booking. I told her what he said and she implied the desk clerk was confused. Anyway, she adjusted the bill to what I was to pay through Booking and processed it through Hampton Inn. I'm hoping all this goes through my card correctly. It was a little unsettling when we were off to enjoy one last day in area.
