Excellent hospitality and bigger size clean rooms impressed me more. Reviews I read was not really good before I booked my room after my experience at the hotel I am not going to witness those bad reviews. Loction was excellent right next to the river. You can't complain about morning breakfast, it was good enough to start your day. My overall experience was excellent.

Excellent property to stay in Georgetown.

They gave me a nice room 105 it was very clean and neat and the bathroom was a great size I will book again I prefer the same room 105

Only thing I didn’t I like was when I went to check in to my room I had to wait on the manger for like 30 minutes customers shouldn’t have to wait that long. Also there was a lot customers complain about the room and the keys not working and false advertisement about the poor that manger should always be at the desk 24/7 customers shouldn’t have to wait on him but I will definitely be staying there again.

Excellent location. Less than 2 minutes drive to best restaurants in town.

I have been treated with respect from the moment I entered in the lobby. The staff were friendly and did their best to provide customer service and cleanliness. We had a wonderful stay.

This time, the room was cleaner than the last stay.

There was a shaver left behind and not disposed of by staff. The shower curtain had mildew on it. The window was dirty on the exterior and interior (with smears made by a child).

Free breakfast with enough options. The location was perfect. The main street is not walking distance but you can park your car and all bars and restaurants on river front. I can't say much about cleanliness but overall. Experience was good

Very clean, friendly, comfortable beds & quiet.

Only had very small muffins for breakfast...no milk for cereal. The coffee was great & plentiful.

Breakfast was good it was a very easy on-the-go muffin Bagel type of breakfast could use a little bit more but if you're in a hurry it's the right thing to do

There could have been more towels but if that's the least of my worries I think I'm doing good

Only thing I didn’t like was I didn’t have enough towels my remote control didn’t work when ask for a towel the manger told me u do have towels I only had one towel and wash cloth I needed enough for two days plus they gave me a smoking room I wanted a non smoking room
