Ocean front location

Sink had food trapped in it because the sink smelled horrendous. Slow and broken elevators

This place was great! It was clean, comfortable and the view was amazing! Also I loved how the parking garage connects with your room floor! The pool, hot tub and swim up bar were excellent!! The DJ was phenomenal! Definitely will stay again.

The only complaint I have is there was no full length mirror in the room. As a woman especially, this made getting dressed a little frustrating. The ice machine on our floor was frequently empty. And the drink machine was a little out of the way, in the parking garage. And the room had no clothes hangers.

The location and amenities were great! My only suggestion is that housekeeping be sure to address the areas of the room that are often overlooked (corners, behind doors, underneath furniture, etc). There was a fairly large spider and accumulated cobwebs near the AC unit in the bedroom. Enough spiderwebs to assume the area had not been touched in a while. Also, hair/dust under the couch in the sitting area.

The pictures on the site were misleading. The room smelled like smoke. The living room furniture was dusty. The garage gate was broken and my car tag ended up being stolen.

We had a delightful time while staying at this hotel. The pool with swim up bar was a very nice accommodation. Overall the establishment is very clean and went over and above my expectations for a lack of sand on the floors in a beach front hotel. The room was well appointed and the bedding was quite comfortable and of nice quality. What I found most attractive was the gated and fully secure parking area.

The check in process was extremely slow to the tune of taking nearly an hour when there were only two parties waiting in line ahead of us when we arrived. Parking during check-in was bit frustrating as well.

I love the outside bar in the pool and I love the pool party they throw every bike weekend, unfortunately it rained so party was canceled this year but that didn’t stop us (@thee.icon.twinz1)from throwing our own party at the indoor pool after the security guy gave us his refrigerator size speaker box n we rock the house even the staffs was there having a good time wit us “hotel blue 2023 bike weekends” was epic

the yearly bike weekend outdoor pool party was canceled due to rain but I say let the part go on with the inside pool , it’s a must !!

Check in was great and fast. The lady who checked us in was super nice and helpful. Our room was clean. The pools were good a little rusty you could say but I really didn't care. The bed was conformable. Parking was 12$. All the workers had great customer service. Tv did not work but I really didnt mind. 10/10 would stay here again.

Nothing everything was good on my end.

I loved the rooms, they were big, spacious, and most of all clean. We had a big family trip so I ended up with 3 different rooms and all of them were great. Will defiantly be returning and soon if I may add. I loved the pools, swim up bar, the chairs in the poo, the amenities and the sisterhood attractions from Captain's Quarters and direct beach access.

They could afford to buy more towels or wash them more often maybe.

The bed was extremely comfortable wonderful shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure

Had to ask numerous times for towels and had to run a housekeeper down for washcloths paid too much money for 3 nights and didn't even have a ocean view

Location. Beach and room was well- maintained. Friendly front desk.

There were never enough beach towels, and no employees to ask near the pools. Bathroom tiles were coming off of wall. No garbage disposal made the kitchen hard to cook in.
