The very first thing I noticed online when booking were the FLOORS!!! ZERO carpet!!! Love that!!! Love the modern fixture upgrades in the room/bathroom!! New paint!! and again, No carpet!! Lol Beds were nice!! Stand up shower is nice!!

The old AC unit was extremely loud and plain ugly. The toilet paper holder wouldn't stay in position on the wall. TP kept falling off. The Mini fridge...was old, and barely worked. Owners should seriously consider new mini fridges and AC units. Besides that, love the upgrades!

I loved that it had a pool and total access to the beach behind it. Parking was good and it was easy to find.

The front desk people were very friendly, but we never got our trash emptied. We had to carry it to the trashcan on the sixth floor balcony area and we didn’t get our sheets changed and we were there for three nights with Sandy feet. The floor was never swept.

The staff at check-in was very helpful. There was mix up about the view and she went out her way to make sure I had an ocean view.

The facility and room didn't present like it did on line.

Amazing view, perfect location on the strip, nice comfy bed with new white comforters, room is bright, very friendly staff

The kitchen could be better equipped

The hotel was close to the beach. The beach was easily accessible through the hotel's main floor and pool area. There's a small outdoor pool, which will probably be ready to use in the summer season. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the rooms were clean and well maintained. You could tell it was recently renovated. It is a basic hotel, for those not interested in more than a decent and comfortable place to rest.

The lady at the reception was a bit rough "Hey, I'm not done yet!", "get this parking permit in your car as soon as possible if you don't want your car towed." The AC/heater was quite noisy and it started and stopped, started and stop very often. The feeling of people crossing in front of your windows was a bit strange.

Pet friendly-Nice Shower/Beds we’re comfortable, flat screen tv on wall & cable channels except for 56 (trutv) didn’t have

Constant slamming of the doors going in and out of the rooms. Alot of people are on vacation and might like to sleep in some but you got woken up by either guests or the maids letting the doors open and close constantly while cleaning. I understand they need to start early and go in and out of the rooms they are cleaning constantly but they could easily put their hand out so it would shut a little easier is all. One maid kind of shunned my dog which I wasn’t too happy about but everyone else was absolutely wonderful.

I liked the kitchen ocean front room. Views were great, we had a wonderful time. Hotel was clean, shower had good water pressure & hot water.

Never got fresh towels, my mom stayed in another room & her room phone was not connected & did not work

Cool overall. It was decent. Key stopped working. Would come back.

1. Pool looked unclean 2. Latch was broken on patio sliding door. 3. Smelled smoking of Marijuana every time I opened sliding door to enjoy ocean view. Was NOT allowed to due to smoke.

My beach front location was perfect

Check in was a little chaotic. Had to wait over 2 hours after check in time for my room to be ready

So so close to the beach. The staff at the counter, for check in and check out, were excellent.

The property is just old. The door to my room was unbelievably loud and didn’t close all the way.
