Great location, nice lobby. Cute apartment with many necessary kitchen and bath items. Comfortable bed with soft sheets. Loved the fact that an extra blanket was provided. I didn't have a code to get into the room, and asked the front desk. Of course, I found out they do not handle that type of situation. Called Booking.com and a nice gentleman greeted me at the door to the room and provided a code. He was at my room door before I could even get there, which was great, because I was panicking a little bit there.

It would have been nice to have a little desk and chair for office space. I could not work from the bar stools since I transcribe work with my computer and a foot pedal. However, I made it work. It would have been nice to have some hangers. I'll know next time and bring my own. Maybe if you provided a retractable line in the shower, that would be great. It would be great place to hang damp towels and swimwear for the beach during that season as well instead of folks perhaps placing damp items on furniture.

The staff were not welcoming at all. I the pull out bed had not been cleaned I slept on the sofa itself. I think the $125 cleaning fee was a little too much.

Loved everything about it will definitely stay again. It's just like what you see in the pictures. It was clean and felt like home, has everything you need including all cleaning supplies if your like me and just want to make sure it's clean when you get there ( I'm super OCD about being clean and do it every where I go even though it was clean) also has everything if you want to cook a full meal including dishwasher 🙂 it's a mini apartment

Great location, and the place was very clean. The kitchen and bathroom were STOCKED with any supply you could imagine. Water pressure was amazing. Lots of towels and pots and pans. Our room also smelled good. Pool was kept clean - lots of hot tubs! Easy beach access. Easy check in and room access!

The door to patio was a bit hard to close all the way- but once you got the trick down, it wasn't bad. The bed was a bit stiff, but we slept well regardless. Couch was a bit uncomfy too, but we didn't spend much time there.

I was in search of a place to stay at an affordable price and ocean view. The Palace #305 was exactly what I was looking for. In addition, it had a balcony, where I spent a lot of time. The room was decorated nicely and spotless. It was on the smaller side, but that was all I needed. The kitchen included everything needed to cook a meal, although I didn't cook while there. A nice touch was the variety of coffee pods for the Keurig. The bed was very comfortable. Nikki and Kenneth were the perfect hosts. Whenever I had a question, it was immediately answered. They even helped me in getting to the condo since I wasn't renting a car. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on the ocean.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The ocean view was amazing! The unit was fully stocked with everything you needed. From a wine opener to the kitchen to shampoo in the bathroom. Nikki and Ken were great with communicating and making sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Room was absolutely amazing! Exceptionally clean and overlooking beach. Kitchen was fully equipped with more than enough utensils and pots for cooking great meals. Room was even decorated for my wife's birthday! Very romantic for couples. Will definitely be my choice of stay anytime my wife and I visit Myrtle Beach. In addition, The Palace Resort was amazing. Staff and guest were so friendly. Resort was very clean and had 24hr security that constantly made rounds through resort and parking.

I loved the location, amenities and hospitality of the owners. The room was spacious enough for my wife and I. Includes a kitchen with utensils, chairs and toys etc for use on the beach. Even cleaning supplies and dishes! 10/10 would recommend this host. Will definitely come here again.

I liked that it was close to the beach and close to the boardwalk and barefoot . It was also so clean and comfortable. (Only about 20-30 minutes away)

The bed was uncomfortable, but I like a very firm mattress, but many prefer soft, otherwise it was perfect
