Location

There was a used dirty towel left in my room. After I shower I took one of the towels and wiped the water up off the floor. When I picked it up, it looked as though the floor was not mopped in weeks. Not good coming from someone who did housekeeping in the past. They need inspectors to inspect these rooms when the housekeepers are done. the bed was made very sloppy. It looked as though someone slept in my bed.

There was something going on in the room above us all night. Lots of banging. There would’ve a little break and we would fall asleep . Then more bangs and woke us up. We joked it was the Sleepless Inn. It did stop about 3:30am. I stood on the bed and banged back and told them to knock it off. We tried at midnight to call the front desk but the phone did not work

The front desk was very friendly they was so nice .The location was fine. The breakfast was good I enjoyed my stayed everything was clean and smells good when you come in the front door very welcoming people My room was great 👍🏽

The towels or so dingy looking I mean they looked grey even tho I bought my own .The clean up crew is the worst the attitude was terrible . Our toilets ran over making us have to use the towels to dry up all the water so we wanted the towels removed and they said we had to keep the towels until the next day I thought that was so nasty and then we left that morning left them outside the door in hallway came back that afternoon they still laying in the hallway

I like the fact that the staff called me after I left an item in the room after I checked out

I don't like the fact my room only had one mirror. I would be nice to have a full size mirror

Location was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

I wish we had one more chair in the room. I had to sit on bed to eat.

The location and facilities was very clean. The bed was the very comfortable.

Iron didn't work well and the pool very small.

Other guests were letting teenagers run up and down the halls and allowing them to smoke and slam doors until late in the night.

The coffee was good. Enjoyed the eggs and biscuit. An additional choice of coffee creamer flavor would be nice.

Extremely comfortable beds and high quality linen. Excellent soaps. Very clean and nice amenities - microwave and fridge. Great shower. Convenient to restaurants.

Hard to see the road into the property when I came in late at night and tired. Much of parking in the very small lot was designated for elite (Diamond, Platinum) customers.
