Location was perfect. Only 6 minutes from Mount Rushmore.

They canceled doing any kind of breakfast two days before we left to go there. That was one main reason why I booked it was for the continental breakfast. Absolutely no cleaning of the room the two days we were there. I noticed they were not cleaning rooms until someone checked out. You just don't do that if you want good ratings. I might consider staying there again if all that was fixed. Maybe put a microwave in the rooms also.

The location for this hotel is probably one of the best in Keystone. I could walk right into the heart of the town within fifty feet. The room were older rooms, but taken care of. The cleanliness was a 95%. A few missed spots on the walls with a UV light. There was no breakfast. I would stay at this place again due to its location alone. Niceeee!!!

We arrived late, after the office closed, the front desk clerk called to check on us. He left the keys where we could self check in, this was so much better than arriving to a closed office! Location to Rushmore is great.

Outside in the middle of updates to flooring. Room took a while to cool down as the air was off when we first got into the room.

Loved the budget friendly price. Plus very close to downtown and restaurants and the purpose of the trip Mt Rushmore. Very happy 😊

Could have used a little microwave the refrigerator was good and cold for water and juice but nightly microwave popcorn would have nice to have. Also tv channels no CBS or ABC not sure if it was locally an issue or cable issue.

Clean, large room, well located for our activities in the black hills. Perfect for visiting Mount Rushmore and a lovely town with great atmosphere and places to eat.

The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The place was clean. The location was excellent right downtown where everything was happening, and right down the hill from Mount Rushmore, and all the recreational places that go along with Rushmore!

Very convenient location to mt. Rushmore. The room was a little dated but very clean. Staff was super I noticed check in was only until 9pm and we would not make it there in time. The man on staff said he may be there late and would call if he got ready to leave. He called me and left a key in a secret spot for our late check in.

The convenience of the location (it’s right on the boardwalk) and the friendliness of the gentleman at the front desk were pleasingly nice! The price was quite decent too.

The bathrooms were very out of date and actually left something to be desired. The flooring needed to be replace as did the (extremely LOW) toilet but they both did the job.

Location was great for walking downtown. The front desk workers Rob and Ross were excellent and friendly.

Rooms were great but they could use some updates and the stairs need to be repaired and leveled. Things have done some settling through the years, might a safety hazard in the near future.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Showers were good. Bed ok. Lots of space in room. It was ok for the price.

Could use some updating. Paint and carpets need refreshing. No microwave in room. Tv selection and reception not so good. Located in downtown. Walking distance to everything.
