we had been hotel hopping and felt exhausted from our trip and when I mentioned it to the staff behind the desk, they took extra measures to ensure we were comfortable, so far as moving us to a more isolated part of the hotel so we could get a full night of sleep (and not have to deal with heavy footsteps above us)! Thank you to the Baymont by Wyndham folks for giving us a great night! It helped to refresh our trip so we could continue on! I’m so grateful for the caring and attentive staff at this hotel!

everything was pretty great- the only things I can think of were the lampshade having some cosmetic damages and the remote wasn’t working well. The bathroom may have needed a good sweep but these weren’t deterrents.

This hotel offers everything you need. The location is great. It's right off of I-90 and right next door to Al's Oasis. After checking in, the restaurant in Al's is a great place to eat. There is also a full grocery store and a souvenir shop in there just in case you need something. After eating you can soak in the hot tub or take a dip in the pool. The place is clean. The staff is friendly. The beds are comfortable and the included breakfast is great.

Check-in was the fastest we've ever had. Booked two rooms on line and after stepping up to the counter I had both sets of keys in about 45 seconds. I was amazed!

Noise from floor above was loud for a few minutes around 9:00 pm when people came into that room. Just walking across the floor - not yelling or screaming or anything like that.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good. Right off the highway.

This was the 3rd hotel I stayed in during my travels to and from Rapid City/Spearfish for my grandfather’s funeral, and it was just what I needed for my final hotel on my way home. I had a lot of luggage to bring in alone, and was happy to see my room had an outside door, that I could park right outside from, making it easier to take stuff in and out. I was tired and hot when I arrived, and was super happy when I opened the door to my room and was greeted by the air conditioning, and loved how it not only had been running enough to make the room cool for my arrival, but the air conditioner also kept the room cool all night. The Baymont definitely had the best air conditioning out of all 3 hotels I stayed in, which means a lot when it’s 90-something degrees. Staff was friendly when I arrived and checked out, the room itself was nice and bed comfortable too.

The stay was comfortable and clean. I had to locate the person at the desk, but I contributed that to a lack of help due to the issues of being short-staffed.

I woke up very early, fell back to sleep and didn’t wake up until 8 a.m. I arrived to breakfast around 8:20 a.m. , the breakfast bar was out of coffee, hot breakfast and there were 5 of us that arrived around the same time. They were unwilling to add anything to breakfast, which was also out of juice . My breakfast consisted of yogurt and an instant oatmeal. I felt bad for the older couple who showed up and couldn’t find much to eat but a toast.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee was good and the lemon water was delicious!

The room needed some updating. The town was far away from a lot. Very isolated.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Many options and the food was fresh. Liked that we could unload and load our vehicle right by our door.

Clean, fresh, up to date, food was good, staff friendly and fast, location was great, they had a pool and they were pet friendly. 🐕‍🦺 Nice hotel for the money. Have it on my list of places to stay on the way to Black Hills for our next time out from MN. Oh, and there is a nice little pond with turtles, fish, and ducks in the back with a gazebo to sit and eat or have your coffee.
