The breakfast was outstanding, delicious warm and nice variety, in addition to eggs and bacon or sausage, they had so many choices of toast, Danishes, cereal and make your own waffles, yogurt, fruit and great coffee. Dining area was spacious with plenty of seating, clean & very inviting. Rooms were very clean, modern up-to-date furnishings, nice thick towels and plenty of them, well working ac. Staff went over the top to accommodate us with early arrival. Location is perfect with so many dining, shopping and gas facilities to choose from. Right off the Interstate, but the rooms are nearly soundproof as I never heard traffic or guest walking down the hall, next door or above us or running of the showers. Beds are fabulous!! Slept better than I ever had while traveling. They had a full-house but we were made to feel as we were their only guest! Right where we needed to be for all the fun sight-seeing and attending the Bike Rally. I will see them again for sure!

There is no negative to staying at this Comfort Inn& Suites!

The location to the places we wanted to see was great! The room was spacious and comfortable.

We had an issue with the door to our room that kept us from getting back into our room until a locksmith arrived. (The front desk staff was very friendly and apologetic and also gave us a discount for our troubles.)

Breakfast was good.

Wall or floor insulation was suboptimal. Several nights could hear small kids stomping around. May have come from the room above. Would recommend a room on the third floor. Our room was on the second floor. An early arrival may have affected the room location.

The staff, All the staff, were awesome! Friendly, helpful with ready smiles. We really enjoyed our stay and all the activities we did while in Rapid City. Thanks everyone

That we didn't get to see the Chapel in the Hills. It was closed for the season.

The facility was clean and well-kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room temperature, bed, and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast had a nice selection of food types. The staff took great care to provide a great experience.

It was advertised as being close to Mt Rushmore but it was 45 minutes away. We also had booked a king room but were told that the reservation was not promised. We would have booked elsewhere otherwise. But we were given a discount for the inconvenience.

The staff were really nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The staff was so nice, the girl that checked us in and worked at the front desk was so nice and sweet! Our room was big and comfortable. It was very clean and just what we needed after a long day of traveling.

Centrally located for the activities we wanted to do. Facilities were clean and secure. We felt safe while there.

The room was clean, well equipped, and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was better than most. The location wasn’t attractive, but it felt safe, was easy to get in and out, and was close to basic services (like restaurants, Target, Walgreens, and gas stations). The fitness room was adequate but tiny with no windows.

Staff and housekeeping were just okay. Some of the desk staff were helpful, but others were useless and uninterested. Housekeeping was mystifying. During our 5-day stay, the housekeeping service was different (and not good) every day. The trash was emptied daily, but that’s about it. The beds were made only one day. Dirty towels on the floor were left there some days. Other days, they took the dirty towels but did not replace them with fresh towels. We had to go to the desk several times to get clean towels. This was made more inconvenient because the desk was often understaffed, which meant having to wait a long time.
