Lovely big room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, great shower and lovely large white towels. Very nice made to order breakfast. Great location. We were on a long road trip and had stayed in a number of places along the way this was by far the BEST! With definitely look for Courtyards again when I travel.

Only 1 person taking breakfast orders and making coffee so it took a long time to be served.

The staff were all friendly. The rooms were clean and the kids loved the indoor pool even though it was a bit cold. Also, it was pretty quiet, good insulation between the rooms.

The view from the window was a bit weedy. Also I learned, "continental breakfast" does not necessarily mean "free breakfast", but I guess that was just my misunderstanding.

Room was nice, spacious and beds & bedding were very comfortable. Staff very friendly.

Bathroom could have been cleaner - either better cleaning products or cleaning job - film on mirror and floor felt a little tacky. Highway facing room, so overnight road traffic was loud - so, different windows is what that would Ned to remedy.

Prepaid for breakfast, but when we went to eat there was a line of about 8 or 9 people & there was only 1 person taking your order, then going back to cook it. This was very frustrating as we were wanting to get on the road. That was the reason that we chose breakfast included, so we wouldn’t have to stop once we got on the road. We waited about 10 mins & there was still 4 or 5 people ahead of us. The lady working at the front desk was nice enough to refund us the amount we prepaid for the breakfast. We were delayed from leaving due to waiting in line & then had to stop somewhere else to get breakfast

I enjoyed how friendly the staff was. They weren't rushing to just take your money and check you in. They made conversation with my kids, made sure we knew everything and with great hospitality.

The only thing I would have changed was our room had a mildew smell to it. I actually was pretty nauseous the entire stay. I'm not sure if it was connected to the mildew in the ceiling in the bathroom or just from traveling as I do get car sick very easily. However, I would still recommend getting it taken care of before someone does get sick from it.

Room was comfortable as was the bed. room was quiet and clean. Location was convenient and close to restaurants.

The room needed additional furniture to use for surface area for temporary storage of luggage, personal items, etc. There was no microwave, but that was as advertised.

From the moment we walked in the door I loved this hotel. The front desk attendant welcomed us with a smile and was more than helpful. We were in town for a concert for 4 days. Our first night we all hang out in the lobby and they never once bothered us. They have Starbucks coffee, a grill and beverages downstairs. Pool and hot tub. Beds were very comfortable and thr curtains kept out all light. I can't say enough good things about this hotel

I was charged $45.00 for two breakfast Burritos and two Starbucks Carmel iced coffee medium size I was told that the breakfast came with the room price and I only ate there one morning. I have reached out to the property manager no resolution yet!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable!

No coffee in the lobby. The Bistro was nice, food was good, but very expensive

Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff at the bistro were friendly and knowledgeable. I will probably come visit bristol again so i can stay here.

Not many choices for children on the Bistro menu.
