Friendly and hospitable staff will greet you with a smile that is not fake. It’s a servicable type a room for just a regular old motel room at bargain prices. They do the breakfast smorgasbord. It’s plain to see that they put some care into the presentation of the breakfast smorgasbord.

Could use some creative lighting fixtures or warmer bulbs. You know, mood lighting. When you walk in to the fluorescent lighting after being out in the dark it feels like you’re in a hospital or a low end Chinese restaurant.

Room was very nice upon entering and made us feel welcome and secure. We appreciated the breakfast. We liked how close it was to the highway. The attendant was kind and pointed us in the right direction.

There was a pool of water in the eggs but they were very crumbly and didn't stay together. The view from our room looked like a deserted lot but we were only there for one night so no big deal. The one tile in our bathroom (room 219) moved and popped every time you put weight on it.

Clean. staff was great. breakfast great and open to 9:30 - later than most places (for those who like to sleep in). Good selection and staff kept everything filled and fresh until 9:30 instead of letting it run out. Even went to get me a different flavor yogurt when there were only ones out I didn’t care for (without me asking). Kept tables and serving area continuously clean. Very pleasant! Front desk staff also very helpful with directions and suggesting a good place to eat.

Room size was a bit small but very clean and comfortable - included microwave and refrigerator.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the whole place.

Breakfast was to be served until 9. At 830 there were no biscuits at 830 two days in a row. The staff was quick to remedy this problem but you could tell a microwave was used as the biscuits were hard. The ice machines were not available on first floor which was fine with me but older folks like my mom don't like the extra steps. A sundry shop would have been nice.

It was quiet and the location made it easy to reach the highway. There was a restaurant within walking distance. The TV was a nice siize.

The bed needs a new mattress and the towels need refreshing. There was no bottled water offered and the toiletries were too small.

Maintenance person csme in to measure window for new curtains. This should have been taken care of before we entered the room. Not enough USB charging ports.

I have a real issue with the tub backing up and standing water while showering is a huge pet peeve…. Well, this didnt happen at this hotel and i was thrilled. Also, I consider my standards pretty high for cleanliness and this past the test.

Would appreciate healthier breakfast options

The location was very easy to get to and get around the city. The staff were pleasant and accomodating. I also liked that I could see my vehicle from the rooms window.

Wifi could have been a better. Breakfast could have been more diverse. Fresh fruit perhaps?

The location was good, within a short walking distance to local restaurants. But, the hotel's breakfast is the major selling point for me. It's a typical hot hotel breakfast, just a bit better. My kids loved the waffles which had 2 different batters to choose from and lots of fun toppings, jams, springs, whip cream, etc. The eggs were hot and fresh, and the meat on Sunday was a kielbasa type if sausage which was the best sausage I've had at a hotel breakfast.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

As other reviewers have said, this motel is first-rate for its price level. It's well run, and that shows. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The towels were soft, and the water pressure in the shower was very strong. The AC worked well and wasn't too loud. The breakfast had many options, hot and cold. I appreciated the small fitness center (stationary bike, treadmill, and standing weight machine). The covered outdoor pool looked lovely, but it was always so full of other guests that I didn't try it.

The only thing that would make this motel better would be if it were right in Bristol, but then it might be more expensive. Still a short drive to restaurants in Bristol (we loved Cootie Brown's and the delicious donuts at Blackbird Bakery).
