Location. It was a nice and clean place

That our water wasn't hot. Mostly warm- like lukewarm , warm safe for a toddler. Needed more regular coffee during breakfast hours. Only 2 complaints.. Breakfast had a huge selection. The place was clean, and the room was spacious . Bed was comfortable 😴

The hotel was clean, comfortable and so accommodating! We moved to this hotel after our previously booked hotel turned out to be less than desirable. Made the reservation about 9am, stopped at the hotel about noon to see the earliest time we could check in, as our plans weren’t until the evening and the young girl at the desk was amazing. She was able to check us in right away, no extra charges. The hotel was quiet, the pool was warm and clean. Staff friendly, breakfast was everything I needed. Would definitely stay again.

The one and only thing I could say is the connecting door between ours and next door was really thin, so I could hear the shower running and the music from the other room. But it was very brief and not a nuisance

The young lady that checked us in on Dec 13, 2024 was exceptional instantly upon meeting her I felt a nice connection with her, she evy offered a cup cake 🎂 which I feel was very thoughtful and kind heated she even took a pic of us in front of the beautiful Christmas decorations that she done herself I'm sorry I haven't I could not remember her name ahe do deserve employee of the year😊

The shower could use a new caulking and the hot water can be a little more hotter.

The woman who was there the night we checked in (I can’t remember her name) always had a smile no matter if we just walked by or if she was helping us! She was so pleasant and refreshing!

The water in the pool was really cold, and the key cards kept having to be reset or replaced. The price was higher than it should have been, so work on getting that down. If someone is a member they should get a good discount.

Location was great, very close to shopping/gas/restaurants. Staff was very accommodating.

Our first room was on the 1st floor at the end of the hall. We were right next to the exit door and the stairwell entrance. Heavy foot traffic and door slamming kept us up, so I went to the front desk. They were more than happy to move us to the top floor, away from the noise. Shower drain was clogged and the toilet wobbled a bit.

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed, great location to the Church we were going to, nice big room. loved the big mirror, shower and the pump soap, lotion and shampoo. our room was near the elevator.

the telephone had a continuous flashing red light, which didnt affect our stay, but l let the desk clerk know, the toilet paper holder was loose, but didnt affect our stay, just wanted to let someone know.

Everything, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, appreciate the fact that Dove products are provided for our use. Great quality picture on the TV. Loved the electrical window screen. Bathroom sliding door was great.

Mini refrigerator door would get stuck to the floor where it wouldn't open all the way. Not being told by staff breakfast hours when l checked in. Went down for breakfast and it was over. Just got coffee. Also one lamp was missing light bulb.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional! Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Location to our sporting event was perfect

The scrambled eggs ! The breakfast was always fully stocked and staff weee terrific but the eggs were awful!

Great breakfast, clean rooms and common areas, great location and nice large rooms. The one lady working breakfast every morning was wonderful and friendly to everyone she talked to. She didn’t yet have a name tag, so I can’t give her credit, but she was amazing!

The girl at check-in seemed as though I was bothering her by checking in. I found almost all of the staff at the front were either too busy on their personal phones, watching tv or in the back office talking to each other to be super helpful. Our last night there, the girl that helped us get into the pool area was so kind and helpful and really friendly, I really appreciated her help and not making us feel like we were a bother to be helping us. Some of the cleaning staff were quite rude. The one morning my husband and I went to get in the elevator and 2 girls were glaring at us, why, I’m not sure but wasn’t impressed with the looks we were getting for being in the same area as them?

Beds were great! Medium Firm so not too soft where you sink in! Staff was very polite and helpful! Breakfast was good.

I felt like our room could’ve been cleaner like the bathroom vent was filled with dust it was not greatest looking room for a holiday inn express you can tell they did some patch up work on the walls. Restroom door was heavy and hard to slide open.
