The sausage and biscuits were good. The eggs were okay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The pool was open and looked okay, but we were not prepared to use it. The TV had numerous channels and looked good.

The coffee and tea were located by the check-in desk. I thought there should be a set up in the breakfast area too. The desk lamp was not in good working order and stopped me from trying to use my computer. We returned a few days later and spent one night in a nearby room. The floor lamp was not working and the desk lamp was not in good repair. The desk people need to explain the key cards. They proved difficult to use and were demagnitized by car keys in the same hand. The desk needs to point out the blue downward arrow to be placed in the door. It is difficult to see against the dark background. Many people seemed to be struggling with the key cards for the exterior and interior doors.

The beds were really comfortable. The area was really close to amenities.

Someone came banging on the door at 9:11 to ask if we were staying over. Checkout isn’t until 11! When I looked out the peephole I saw a lady with a clipboard but when I asked who it was she never said anything even after trying to open the door. Check in was slow but the guy was nice and check out was fast but they had everyone’s information laying out on the counter.

Nice comfy environment, couldn't hear other guests from our room. The pool was nice, too. Coffee was great.

I wish when you stayed extra nite it was discounted better. The waffle maker was out of order. It would have been nice to have, even if they were already made.

The rooms are soundproof. The convenience of being close to where everything I need is (walmart,The Columns etc).

I was suppose to have a king bed, but when I checked in I got 2 queens instead. I'm tall & chubby, so I like my beds big lol. I like the privacy of hotel (it's quite) but trying to leave there going back towards Highland is VERY challenging sometimes.

Pool was wonderful and warm ....Guy working second shift when we checked in was wonderful and very helpful with everything.The hotel was clean and very convenient to everything. Will be staying there again in couple months. Didn't eat breakfast so no review on it. Last time we stayed there it was good.

Everything was wonderful nothing to bad at all

I was comfortable and decently quiet.The housekeeping staff was exceptionally nice, the front desk staff could take a few pointers from them.

The one small amount of free time that I had to swim the swimming area was closed and I got off work at 8 and always showed up just shy of breakfast. Also when I asked the price for adding the weekend to my stay he told me it would be almost $400 ! I thought that was a ridiculous amount considering I had just spent 3 night for less than $300.

staff was super great. was nice to have washer and dryer there to use. but they were dirty and needed wiping. continental breakfast was very good. very clean in the room. worker does a great job.

the hallways were so dirty. they need to be swept daily not once a week. carpets were nasty dirty. would be nice to take a shampoo er to them. we kept our sandals on and not walk on carpet barefoot in our rooms. I saw their sweepers they use. they were filthy dirty. I dropped something behind the bed stand. no one ever sweeps back there. even once a month would be great!

I didn't like how the house keeper said she was getting complaints that the ppl under me was smelling cigarette smoke NOTE I DON'T EVEN SMOKE so when I tell her that she's like I can tell it isn't coming from your room when you opened the door and said it's the ppl next to you then ... Well why say something if you didn't smell smoke when I opened the door...

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was great! There wasn't much outside noise. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, both on arrival and checkout! The cleaning staff was friendly and considerate.

Lighting in the room was very dim. Breakfast was moderate.

Often there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. Also the pool not being operable should be listed on the website. Guests don’t know until after they’ve booked online and arrive to check in
