The bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well. Everything was clean. The shower had great water pressure. We had an issue with the battery being dead on our door but it was fixed quickly and the man who fixed it was very nice and gave us the phone number to a cab driver that got us to our venue cheaper than what Uber would have cost. Definitely a great stay.

The room in the elevators kind of had a musty smell. Location isn't in that great of a neighborhood. This location might be okay for a trip to Nashville. But for CMA Fest week didn't really meet my needs.

Nice staff and place was clean and room was available before 3 pm check in, which was amazing after driving 7 hours to get there for the football game

Wasn't much I didn't like about the place, everything seemed in working order which we didn't use anything in lobby just in our room

It was clean and the location was perfect. I planned it out so I would be close to everything and it was great. It's just far enough out of the way to not be super expensive as well.

I think the heating and a/c throughout the building has issues but it didn't bother me.

Everything! This is my favorite and only place to stay in Nashville. Getting a car service is easy, the staff is super nice, I changed my check in time to earlier then expected and they were very accommodating.

I wish the bathrooms were bigger with bigger bathtubs but as they sit they are doable

Easy access to interstate and close to entertainment district downtown. Coffee station in lobby is well stocked with Keurig machine and plethora of pods to choose from. Room was great size and and did not hear noise through walls or hallway and nice swimming pool just outside back door. Good dog walk area in safe, well- lighted area in sight of front entrance.

No proper breakfast was provided for the last 4 mornings. I had to buy my breakfast else where. I consider this wholly inadequate!

Linens were clean, bed was comfortable. Smelled a little bit like animals and the bottoms of doors are tore up a bit but they let people keep their pets so that's cool. Hardwood floors too! Overall it was worth the price.

All of Nashville is a little sketchy. The interstate during rush hour SUCKS! It's dangerous and no one is a courteous driver. Although I enjoyed the hotel, i will never visit Nashville again! Not my style. Too crowded. It's Las Vegas in cowboy hats.

This was my 1st stay ever at Red Roof Inn. Boy have I been missing out. This Red Roof Inn scored a 5 star all the way with me. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I also Love that all rooms are "pet" friendly at no additional charge. With that being said, this was still one of the cleanest, fresh smelling places I've ever stayed(including no pets allowed lodging). The Rooms in addition to the entire facility were exceptionally clean with a fresh crisp smell throughout. Red Roof Inn will be my 1st choice from here on. Thank YOU to ALL the staff for what you do. Keep up the good work. You are making a difference.

Only downfall was no in house restaurant.
