Loved how clean and safe it felt. The staff was incredible and very helpful. They put our room toward the front side of the building so our babies weren't exposed to the cigarette smoke from the smoking section towards the back of the building. Incredibly thoughtful of them. Loved the room itself, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee bar were great :)

Check in was a little lengthy and difficult to sign the papers alone with a 5 year old and 9 month old in tow. Wish they would do digital so it was easier.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Memphis! The place was super clean, and the staff went above and beyond – special shoutout to Chatanaya, who was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was a highlight with a great variety of options, from yogurt and fresh fruits to high-quality bread, eggs, chicken, and waffles. There was even a fountain of fresh juices and a cappuccino machine, which made mornings perfect. The gated parking added an extra layer of security for my car. Overall, a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend this hotel!"

This hotel is the best in town for the price. It exceeded my expectations in many levels. A Great room, comfortable bed, great amenities and very nice breakfast are all included. Also, having a gated parking lot is a huge plus for Memphis. You can't find a better deal in Memphis for around $100 a night. The staff goes above and beyond to provide you with a great experience!!!!

The inside and outside was clean and well taken care of. The staff was very helpful and answered the questions that I had. I liked that there was a TV in the little sitting room and there was another in front of the bed. They had a different set up than most others have.

The Elevator was pretty slow, but that was all.

The hotel was very clean, and pet friendly. The breakfast looked great for hotel breakfast.

The traffic on the freeway could be heard from the room, but it didn't stop us from having a very restful night's sleep

Everything the front desk clerk did as I asked of her it was cold outside and I called and asked could she turn on the heat for me and she did

The front desk staff was helpful and kind. Loved that they had options for rooms with full refrigerators.

The bed wasn’t too comfortable, and the pillows were small. But overall it was good for the price.

It was clean, great breakfast, gated parking and kind staff.

It was conveniently close to food, shopping, and the highway. The staff was amazing. I don’t think I’ve met more friendly staff anywhere else!
