Everyone was super nice and accommodated to anything and everything! You could literally feel the cleanliness of the sheets and towels which is a bonus for me. I typically take sani-wipes to wipe where I feel housekeepers don't typically take care of (trust me, been in a lot of hotels like this) but everywhere I wiped I didn't any dirt on the wipe, which is AMAZING! I would come back here just from the genuine people that work there and for the cleanliness!

We expected the room's to be a little nicer/more updated, but it didn't make us upset just a little disappointed on it (I am just picky, nothing to do with the hotel itself).

Great friendly staff. One staff employee Ebony went above and out of her way to assist me She was friendly The bartender working was pleasant and multitasking very well managing the bar and take food orders.

However the restaurant on Friday evening had no staff the kitchen was understaff and unable to serve guest. Which means I was inconvenience to find food put side of the restaurant with no transportation.

At the restaurant should be a welcoming person eager to provide information. Usually, noone was there and we were even under the impression the restaurant was closed. The other thing we didn't like is not related to the hotel itself. There was an unpleasant lady next to our room. She got out of her room and was rude to us for our little one who was laughing hard. It was not even 7pm. Offering ALL DAY breakfast could be something to consider as the options to eat in the coffee shop are limited.

Everything, the staff was incredibly nice, got a quesidilla from the kitchen and it was the best quesidilla my gf has ever had and she's the head cook at a restaurant. The view was amazing and the gazebo in the pond was a nice touch. Had breakfast and it was awesome too. Succinctly put it was bookeeper treatment and accommodations without the boojee attitude.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The cleanness and the staff were exceptional! The comfort of the bed and the facility definitely topped my expectations! I would definitely book here again and highly recommend this place! 10/10

There was no microwave in the rooms which is becoming more common so it was fine. The only thing that really bothered was the fact we had to go all the way downstairs to get a drink. Adding vending machines on each floor would be nice so you won’t have to go to the lobby for it.

Ultimately, I have stayed at the Hilton Ridge Lake Blvd Memphis several times over the years. I love the location, the area is nice, and the hotel itself is pretty. The ladies at the front desk when we checked in around 7:30PM were really nice😀

There were a few spider webs in the room. I think the room could have used an overall deep cleaning. I think this particular type of room could use a few upgrades, because we did not have a microwave in the room.

This hotel was very clean and everyone was extremely nice.

The only thing I wasn’t too crazy about was the breakfast buffet. it was way to overpriced, and as my family and I just sat down with our plates to eat, a young man came and took all of our napkins because he said they needed washed. We asked if we could keep a napkin for my 2 year old grandson and he said no. I thought it was pretty rude.

The beds were super comfy. They have a restaurant in the hotel. There was a gentleman who was our waiter for the evening shift. He was super friendly and very helpful. Great customer service. Definitely have the hamburger and fries, if you're there. Amazing! The breakfast was good. They have a breakfast buffet, little pricey but they will make you anything you want to order. I gave it a nine because of the evening/night restaurant staff and cook was amazing and went above and beyond.

When I checked in they charged me $50.00 incidental upfront and then because I booked my room on a 3rd party site they charged me an extra $25 for incidentals.

Lobby looked very nice with a nice bar. Room was good. The staff for the breakfast buffet was great.

Overall nice, but looks like it could use some cleaning of windows and minor repairs…but that didn’t impact our time there.

I liked being on the 9th floor and the view. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable.

It's evident that there has been remodeling done in the room at some point. My observations were the carpet looks like it should be deep cleaned or removed. There was water damage on the wall in the bathroom but the water in the shower was nice and hot! Lastly, the walls are nicely painted, the furniture and decor is new. However, when looking at the ceiling, the smoke detector is OLD and non operational. In my opinion if it doesn't work, take it down because it is an eye sore.
