Low traffic area, coffee was available in the morning, pool on site, good tv selection, & comfortable beds.

The check in lady was very rude & inconsiderate. I booked 2 rooms (1 for me & my boyfriend and the other for my grandma, grandfather & uncle) so I needed at least one double room bed. She was firm on the fact that they had no double room beds available but the hotel wasn’t that packed so my uncle ended up just sleeping in the chair that was in the room. We were also charged a $50 deposit for each room & upon checking out overheard another guest of a different race say that he didn’t have a deposit to pick up….I probably won’t return due to the bad accommodations.

It's nice and clean

The manager is a as*hole. The first night I checked in I told him I have to leave for work at 4am and I would need to pick up my deposit he was fine with it. This morning he tells me to find another hotel when I went to get my deposit at 4. The smoking rooms are very ran down and they stink. The non smoking rooms are nice and clean. I will not be returning he gave me very racist vibes and I stayed a whole week. NEVER AGAIN

The staff was great. When I was checking in there was a gentleman there who was VERY angry about something. The young lady behind the desk was very professional and tried repeatedly to address the man's concerns and he would have none of it. He finally got fed up with not rattling her or getting his way and left. The young lady took a deep breath, smiled and asked how to help me. She was awesome!!! The property is old but it's very clean.

The neighborhood is a little spooky but felt safe in the room. My only complaint, there was a crack in the bathtub and I didn't feel I could take a bath (instead of a shower). Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay.

There was a little problem with noise but unavoidable. People were coming in late from partying on Beale street I assume and did not realize how loud they were. They did not disturb anyone just talked and laughed loudly. To offset the noise I played my television the second night. Overall I am very pleased with the room, location, service and prices.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is well kept and parking was well lit at night. Room amenities were modern. Housekeeping staff was very nice.

I would have liked more bath linens in the room and better quality bath linens. There were not enough prestocked for two people and there was not one for the floor. I had to ask for more and was told I had to go to front desk to get them where I was given 2 pool towels. Housekeeping did also come by later and I was able to get all of the bath linens we needed. I also would have preferred a 4th pillow. The pillows weren’t super fluffy so I needed two but so did my partner and we only had 3 which was okay. TV could have had more channel selections. Also, they had an additional $50 deposit required for damages that had to be paid upfront in addition to the room charges that was not listed on booking.com

Easy to get to, plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and staff patrolled the area occasionally. Didn't see any bugs in our room at any time.

Didn't stay long enough to find something to dislike. We only stayed for one night as a last minute thing due to a family emergency.

This place is really great and the staff is above and beyond nice and friendly and so very professional love it love love it 🤩🤩🤩🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 10 stars

There nothing to not like about this place it's simply the best stay and hotel I think I've ever booked

50 USD cash deposit. I offered my debit card to charge 50 USD, they did not accept. They directed me to an ATM to take cash. Absolutely very annoying. You can get my passport, ID, charge from my debit but it is so rude to direct me to an ATM. Management must change it. Please paint that shower tub!

Large room, good shower, work desk, fridge and microwave were fine, good tv

Wifi was down, had to use my phone as a hotspot, staff said it would be repaired the next day. Not good for me, I was only there one night

Night shift, I got to hotel before breakfast serve, already sleeping by the time breakfast serve. Besides didn't really knew, there was a breakfast included. Thanks though.

I'll let the management know, next time I'm in town, thanks though.
