We absolutely loved the breakfast! There were plenty of vegetarian/vegan options, which most hotels do not have. They had almond milk, veggies omelettes, vegetarian gravy, etc. they also had GF options. It’s nice that they take those diets into consideration. The front desk staff was great. There were 3 women who thought it was ok to laugh, talk loudly, and wake the entire hall up at 1 am. I asked them to please quiet down. I finally had to call down to the front desk. They apologized and took care of it.

Loved the vinyl plank flooring in the room instead of carpet!! I wish all hotels would move away from carpet, it just never feels clean. This room was very clean, had very comfortable beds and great furnishings. I also loved that there was an indoor pool and hot tub.

Would have had a perfect review, but a few small things were broken in our room and the pool and hot tub area needs better security. It appeared that the doors to the outside were not locked and we believe there may have been two different groups of people that came in from outside (not from the hotel), who might not have been staying there. One of the groups was rowdy and deterred me from getting in the water . I should have reported this to the front desk, but was busy getting my kids to bed when we left the pool area and then I forgot to say something at check out time the next day.

Location to dog show site. They allowed dogs. Good lighting outside to walk the dogs. Friendly staff to dogs.

I had someone trying to card into my room. Got a rude call from the staff. I had been there 24 hours and they were saying I wasn’t in their system. First time I’ve ever encountered a problem. I said I had my reservation number & my receipt from checking in and I would be right down. Now this was 6:30am in the morning. Good thing I was dressed and ready to leave! The manager accused me of “hanging up” on her. I produced my documentation and they said it wasn’t in their system. I stood my ground and said I can’t help you with your system, but I have documentation!!! They said I was taken care of. . . Not even an apology for making me come down!!! So glad I book through Booking.Com!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I can’t imagine having to go through individual hotels and dealing with them individually!

It smelled wonderful as we walked into the lobby. Parking was good. The room was inviting & clean. Facilities & location were excellent. Breakfast was varied & delicious. TV worked fine. Check in & out was fast & easy. Loved the toiletries!

We never figured out if that was a LAMP ON THE DESK or IF/HOW TO TURN THE LIGHT ON! Also, there seemed to be a gray RING AROUND THE TUB! Or maybe it was the lighting???

The night staff, and the morning staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful!!!

Rm 202 initially given to us smelled of cigarettes. The night staff quickly changed our room to a much better one within 5 minutes! We were so grateful they were so willing to take care of the issue for us!

Very clean!! Room was perfect for our large family. Fold out couch appeared brand new. All the extra bedding was there and of quality material. Loved the comfortable beds and quality bedding. Loved the clean plank style flooring opposed to carpet. Loved the quality bathroom products, and keurig coffee pot. Pool was nice size along with hot tub. Thank you for a lovely stay! Staff (Trish, Jaxson, Bella,) was super helpful too!

The breakfast was decent. Bacon and sausage would've been nice instead of turkey and pork sausage. The pool area was nice. It was really steamy to the point where it was kind of hard to see in there, but both my kids and myself enjoyed the pool and hit tub.

Personally, I thought the bed was too hard. Woke up with a sore back both mornings.

Both days we were there, one of the elevators wasn’t working. The one that was kept making noises as it went up and down. I never was comfortable riding it. I was worried we were going to get stuck on it. The new bathroom design doesn’t leave enough place to put things. There needs to be more towel bars

It was a very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms really clean.

The pull out sofa was very loud. It squeaked with every movement. Some of the lights did not work. The breakfast was not very good, hard biscuits, no eggs, just eye white omelets, which was so bland, and oatmeal was runny with no flavor.

Breakfast was wonderful. Everything was fully stocked. Good variety for everyone in the family. Even 45 mins before 10.. still had plenty and hot and great. Thank you so much to the staff! They did great. No shortage of people to assist us with any need we may have.

There were no sleeves for the coffee cups. They had some insulation but they were still really hot to hold.
