The hotel was off the main strip and easy to access. They were very clean and had a good smell throughout the hotel. The halls were comfortable and clean as well. The bathroom had complimentary pump bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The breakfast was amazing! The coffee was good. The pool area was kept clean. We even had room service clean our room while we were out for the day, and that did not happen at our last hotel.

The bathroom door did have trouble shutting unless you raised up on it to shut and latch. It was nice to have the sofa bed and table, but once the bed came out, we had to rearrange furniture to find a place to out the tables.

Breakfast was delicious. The rooms and lobby real clean and smelt good. The staff was great and friendly. Also at a great location. Beds was comfortable too. Will be staying here from now on in pigion forge

Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Good quality towels and sheets. Plenty of outlets for charging. Shower was SUPER strong. Nice toiletries. Nice drawers and storage spaces in the bathroom. You could store your items without having them all over the bathroom vanity top. Breakfast was good and hot. Parking was ample and well lit, especially in the back of the hotel.

Lighting in room was very poor. There were only two small lamps. One was on the desk and one between the two beds. The bathroom lighting was not sufficient either. The television remote was very awkward. Not easy to navigate. The way that the toilet paper had to be attached to the side of the cabinet was strange. The paper roll fell off every time it was used. Finally, just took it off and used it like that. Should be replaced with a closed paper holder instead of a hook style.

It’s easy to access. There were no sketchy people hanging around the property. The check-in employee was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless. The AC, fridge, and TV all worked as they should. The water pressure for the shower was exceptionally good for a hotel. I’ve been coming to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge for 20+ years. There are nicer hotels, technically, with more luxurious options, but this is about as good as I’ve ever seen from a chain like La Quinta. We enjoyed it enough that we’ve already booked another stay for our next trip.

Struggling to find something we didn’t like.

The breakfast was good; might change it up a little though; some bacon would be nice. We liked our room except the toilet must have been made for toddlers (seriously it was that low) but the beds were fantastic. The hotel is pet friendly so there was some barking but it wasn’t bad. Dogs weren’t allowed in the front lobby/breakfast area at a certain time and I thought that was a wonderful idea. Also you would not know it was dog friendly because it smelled so fresh and clean. This hotel sets back off the road and it’s hard to get in and out off the highway if you don’t know where you’re going but you do get the hang of it (either turn past Golden Corral or turn into the road before it and circle back to the left. Stayed 4 nights and thought it was reasonably priced and would stay again!

The toilet was soooooo low to the ground in room 208.

The breakfast was always exceptional and very clean. The team kept it up and picked up. They accommodated whatever we needed with a baby and it was great. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was so roomy and up to date. The location was perfect for both pigeon forge and gatlinburg access.

I wish the breakfast food would change more each day like maybe bacon or different potatoes or something besides biscuits and gravy. We were not told where the pool was or the hours were different then what was stated on the envelope with our key cards.

The hotel is very clean …. Very Quiet …. Modern and comfortable … Great location

I loved everything

Well lit area to park and walk dogs. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast started at 7 instead of 6 which upset quite a few of us who get up and get out early. Choices could’ve been better. Toiletries were great! Hot water in abundance. Great staff! Would definitely return.

Sausage was L’il Smokies cut up instead of breakfast sausage. Gravy too runny. Couldn’t find milk.

Breakfast was great. The lady that provided breakfast was fabulous! The location was great and we were on the ground floor close to exit doors which was good because we had our little dog. The fogless mirror, bedding and towels were good.

Half the room was carpet and being a pet-friendly place, it would have been better to be all tile because pets smell other pets on the carpet and it doesn't seem to be very clean. Also, the matresses were a little uneven and could be replaced or at least turned.

It was obvious the hotel was recently renovated. Everything was fresh and new. We got the family room and it worked perfectly for us. My husband and I had our privacy in our own room separated but tied to the other room where my mother was. The extra space was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Getting to the correct road to get into the hotel parking lot was confusing. We turned around three times and tried three different ways before we found the road. You can see the hotel from the main road but there are no signs pointing you where to turn to get to the entrance of the hotel. Very confusing and frustrating .
