Location is great it’s right in the middle of everything. Super clean.

It’s not really a negative but it the pool is a little small. Also we got breakfast while staying and both days the biscuits were hard and rhetorical cereal was stale. The toilets are very loud when you flush.

The location was great. Front desk staff were great! Parking was good. Room was clean and stocked.

The smell was not pleasant when first coming in but then they do allow pets. The noise above us was loud at night but I understand people have children.

I really liked this place from check in to check out. It was me and my husband and my little shihtzu the staff was friendly, check in was no problem. We got to our room and it was really nice and clean, my compliments to the housekeeping staff, our room was spacious and comfortable, for the most part quiet, yall went out of your way to make our stay a memorable one. I loved that my gigi was able to come and the door going in and out with her was just down from our room. Breakfast was very good. I loved all the nice hot choices that was there. The bed was comfortable i loved all the amenities available. The microwave, fridge, the nice island with the sink the sitting area with couch, we didnt feel so claustrophobic in there the iron and ironing board the window seat, we just liked it very much, when we come back again ill be reaching out to microtel again. Thanks again. I will give yall many thumbs up if i could. It was nice and warm in there ,cause it was cool out the heat kept it warm in there felt cozy.i loved all the plugs and usb ports for devices. The hairdryer was a nice touch the little coffee maker it was all excellent. I loved the 24 hour front desk to. The locks on the door made us feel safe and peep hole in the door also. I loved also the do not disturb signs many places dont have those anymore

The only thing i would say that would be a plus is soundproof rooms but that really wasnt that big of a deal.

Place was nicely landscaped, rooms were ok needed, and little work toilets were loud, we were on the 4th floor in a handicap accessible room by stairwell. If there was a fire, we would have been screwed my husband is an amputee. The staff was very nice and helpful. We forgot a bag they knew we were having breakfast called right away. Breakfast was pretty good eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, various breads waffles. Pool was always clean we had 3 kids they swam everyday. Great location nit on main strip just outside less traffic. Hotel service was great. Would stay again.

Loud toilet cracked, handicap room on 4th floor

We loved the location of the attractions. Right across the street from the Titanic. Quite place up on the hill set back from all of street noise. I loved having breakfast up on the third floor. Not in the middle of check check out and front desk. Breakfast was well stocked. We did not have to wait in line to get a waffle. Bagels were great. Loved the gravy that we could put on biscuits or our eggs. Rooms were clean and taken care of daily maid service in a timely manner. Our room had everything for pur stay. Microwave, extra sinkand counter top, window sitting area, extra little space to hang up cloths with places to hang up jackets towels on the hooks. Very well priced. I booked with Booking.com got a great discount.

I would have liked to have bacon on one of the days on my stay. Change it up a little.

The room was clean and all the staff was friendly. There were no bugs anywhere. The room itself was a double queen and it was very spacious. It had a pull out couch to which we didnt need. The room also had a mini fridge and microwave. It's right on the main road in pigeon forge so it's extremely easy to get to Gatlinburg or Sevierville. The breakfast was a little bland in my opinion but it's free and all you can eat. My son loved the sausage. He has autism and is a selective eater but he ate that sausage every morning.

I love that they had a pool and it was only 3 ft to 5 ft deep so kids are able to swim with out much difficulty but the pool wasn't heated so the water felt like it was 60° It was a let down but I bet in mid July it'll be warm enough to swim in.

The location was great and the facility was beautiful and well kept. I loved that they took the time to decorate the lobby for Autumn it was so warm and inviting! The staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew were amazing! We will stay here again!! They had a nice hot breakfast and everything was just so clean! The grounds were beautiful and well kept also. The bed was also very comfortable and the price was prefect! We stayed for 7 days and felt at home.

The house keeping staff was very friendly

There was blood on our sheets when we turned the bed down .. then was woke up 2 nights of people banging on the doors . And 3 the staff at check in was short not friendly . The guy I asked for a sheet and told him about the blood he didn’t even apologize.if I was the worker I would have made the bed my self not expect the guess to do it .

Check in was a nightmare!! The lady checking me in didn’t want to talk to me. I had questions and regarding my stay. She states “you have an attitude” she walked and sat down in the back area and played on her phone. She would not speak to me again. I tried to get her to help me, but she ignored me. I didn’t have time for that. she would not get a manager to assist me. My mother had to get her to check me us in. very unprofessional and unexceptible. There was other staff there on another day that was friendly.

Breakfast was great and plentiful.hot and cold food. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Pool was clean. Brochures and discount to Soaky Mountain was great. Located close to all the fun places.

Air conditioner in our room did not keep out the 90 degree heat. But was ok when we were there. Staff were not friendly or helpful when I was having trouble with cable channels and directions. The maintance person was very kind and happy to help.
