We always love the decor, but the changes that have been made are exceptional, especially the display in honor of veterans and those in service. The Christmas Place highlights Santa, but also does a wonderful job of emphasizing the true reason we celebrate Christmas, the birth of Jesus. Also impressive are the two scavenger hunts that you can do. Our granddaughter has been there several times, and has always loved this activity. Christmas Place has done a good job in reworking the scavenger hunts, and the prizes are so much better than they have been in the past. All three were hits with our 10 year old granddaughter.

The mattress was so soft that it was uncomfortable.

We had a do not disturb sign on our the door the whole time reason being my wife takes alot of medication including pain meds but even with a do not disturb sign up someone went into our room when i went down to the front desk to make a complaint she looked on the books and said that i was right it was written up as do not disturb all i got was well im sorry my wife really dont keep up with the count of her psin meds so really dont know if anything was taken or not i allways liked staying there but this made me take a step back and i dont figure on staying there again sorry for the bad review but it was uncalled for and maybe nothing was took or maybe it was i cant say for sure

Beautifully decorated in Christmas theme throughout the entire Inn! Wonderful all you can eat breakfast with omelet bar. All the staff is pleasant and goes above and beyond for their guests. Cookies and cider are served at night, and there are special character breakfasts. The Inn also has special programs. Santa performs Christmas songs 3 times a week. Someone came from Parrot Mountain today and did a bird show, and those who wanted were allowed to hold a bird. The beds are super comfortable, and the shower was great.

The hotel is decorated so beautifully. The nightly cookies in the lobby, and toasting marshmallows by the fire pit afterwards is just some of the special touches this hotel has to offer. Free breakfast every morning is good with a wide variety of choices. If you love Christmas, you will love this hotel.

Nothing negative about the property. The only thing that wasn’t open was the outdoor pool. The hotel contacted me the very next day after I booked the hotel stay. They let me know the pool wouldn’t be open because they were still working on it. When we stayed there the construction on the pool looked almost completed. They had a sign stating the new outdoor pool would be open late 2024.

Absolutely magical! This by far was the best hotel we have stayed at! Every detail so carefully planned to perfection. From the warm cookies and hot apple cider, to the amazing breakfast and comfortable heavenly beds. Christmas magic all year! We will be back and highly recommend! 10/10

From the moment we walked in we were in awe! The hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff were all exceptionally nice and welcoming. The rooms were extremely clean and smelled so good. The bed was very comfortable. The courtyard area is a great place to relax with a great view of the mountains. We also loved when Santa came and sang songs. Afterwards, milk and cookies were served.

There isn’t anything we did not like.

Breakfast hall was too crowded, difficult to walk to and from table especially for someone with a walker. Hallway/corridor and room decorations were great Sitting Santa blended in to his chair, and we thought he was barely awake. Singing Santa was joyful and he sang songs we were not familiar with as well as ones the kids asked for. Great engagement with the children. All other staff were helpful and pleasant.

Quite expensive Issues with laundry facilities not working- but maintenance did ensure that I got my laundry done in the end

Everything was great. It was our 30th year anniversary and it was the BEST. The breakfast was the best I have ever had and to listen to Christmas music was just perfect. The decorations were beautiful and out of this world. When Santa sang that night the kids faces were lit up and them in their pajamas. It was worth it all. The decorations in the room was great. I have never had a Christmas tree in my room. Just the whole stay was a great experience.

Beautiful clean Good Breakfast, better than most hotels. Most of the people were very nice.

Poppy took great granddaughter to get some cereal to bring back to room since At the end of time for breakfast and was given a sharp WE ARE CLOSING! I realize there has to be a stopping point but the whole reason for the trip was for the grands. No reason to be so sharp with this.

I enjoyed this hotel more than about any other I have stayed in. The service was exemplary, the room was outstanding , and most of all, the idea that the Christmas deco might be a little cheesy is absolutely misguided. The Christmas decorations throughout the hotel were fantastic. The place is just beautiful in every way. We enjoyed it immensely.
